I outted myself, so in here officially. Blood levels were 32 at DPO11 or 12, so within the normal range. I have another lot os bloods booked for the 2nd of Jan just to make sure they are rising nicely.

My boobs are a bit tender at the moment, some cramping and fleeting nausea, but I am happy to put up with anything to have a health bub at the start of September next year. biggrin.gif

Anything happening for you? When are you going to out your self?

Hiya Oldie

Congrats again! I never would have guessed it was you...lol..

I might out myself this afternoon after I've been to the doctor or perhaps next week when I get results back from the tests I'm going to tell him I want.

A little 'rolling' nauesea but nothing much....nothing I can't put up with.

Gotta run to catch the train to work. Will write again when I get there.

Congrats again!

MM.

Hi Oldie & hi to our newcommer Testra when she gets in here tongue.gif

Well, I've been to the docs and he's confirmed that

a) I am indeed pregnant tongue.gif
cool.gif Due Date is 1st September
c) Taken a bucket load of blood
d) unfortunately the results won't be back until wednesday sad.gif and I will have to ring to ensure that they are indeed back due to the Christmas public holidays...but hey, at least they have my blood and it will be tested.

I'll be away over the next few days so girls I won't be online for a little while. Take care of yourselves, have a great Christmas and I'll talk to you before the year is out. Hopefully we'll have a couple of new members to celebrate with.

Hi everyone, I'm the newcomer Tetra. Thankyou for making me feel so welcome. I only found out three days ago that I'm preggers and I haven't had a chance to work out my proper due date but it's around early September. I also did another test this arvo (Clearblue digital) and it said"pregnant'" so I definitely am but it will be more reassuring when I get the bloods done.
I don't know what to do next, there are so many things running around in my head, it's all a little overwhelming.
Just a quick question, when do you think I should tell my work? I work in retail (about 25 hrs a week) and my job mainly involves serving customers but two or three times a week we get deliveries so I can be lifting and moving heavy boxes up to 15 kgs. I am also lifting stock up and down of shelves ( I work in a luggage store ). I'm thinking I'll tell them in a months time, that will make me about 7 weeks :-)

Hi Tetra. I have no idea as to when you should tell work, maybe tyr and avoid to much lifting if you can.

You must have got your BFP very early if you are 3wks 1 day now, and got your BFP 4 days ago!

Hi, tetra here. I got my bfp at what I think is about 9 dpo (the lines are getting darker as each day goes by). Although I am really confused as to calculating how far along you are. I know you count from your first day of your last menstrual period, so in actual fact that makes me about 4 and a half weeks (the first day of my last menstrual period was 20 November) but the date the baby was conceived is the 11 December so that makes the baby 2 weeks old. What I'm confused about is when someone says they are 5, 6 , 7 etc weeks pregnant are they counting from the first day of their last period or when the baby was conceived. Sorry if this is confusing, my brain is a bit scattered at the moment!

Hi all,

Glad to see we're filling up September! I hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas. I've only just got back from a mini-vacation and am yet to check out what's been happening in this place.

Welcome Bec, you've come to the right place. September should be an awesome month to have little ones. Hope it all goes well at the docs when you go.

Tetra, you count it from the first day of your last period so you are indeed about 5 weeks. Check out any birthing type sites on the net and you can input the date and it will calculate everything for you.

Hopefully, I get my blood test results tomorrow and will be reasssured that everything is going well and MIGHT just reveal my true identity. tongue.gif

Have a good night everyone.

MM.

Hello!

I am due September 1st. I have a blood test tomorrow and I've just come off the phone having booked my hospital bed. I can't believe how early you have to do it!

No major symptoms yet, other than raging hunger, needing the loo in the middle of the night (EVERY NIGHT!) and sore boobs. I kind of like feeling things though, because it makes it seem more real.

Hi Girls,

I'm a new anon who found out on xmas day that we we're utd. I'm due on 2/9 (thats from my cd1 but ff says i'm due on 5/9!!??)

I won't be outing myself for as long as i can hold out. We have had a bit of a rough trot lately so will reveal in a few weeks if everything is still going well. Only symptoms so far is waves of nausea, lack of af and slightly tender bbs.

I thought it would be a good idea to make a list of people and there due date;
