I was really hoping my initial fears would not happen to you when I first heard about the mating months ago. I know your intentions were good and it is just terrible to hear your sad news sad.gif

I don't blame you, but I did have fears of this happening. Not because you're not breeders, just because there are so many possible complications out there. Having been through a similar thing a few years back, I was pretty worried for you all but hoped for the very best.

RIP your gorgeous little furbabies and all the very best for that remaining pup. I am not in here to lecture you. Losing a pet is losing a member of your family, you don't need to be berated for it.

Remember the good times and she will always be with you in your heart. The pain will always be there, but remember that this is not your fault and that one day you will remember more of the good than the bad.

Thinking of you all hun sad.gif

Belinda whilst i understand the point of your post, i don't think your fears were warranted in the first place, my little girl was given the best care a pregant dog could of been given. This could of happend to any dog, regardless of the age, shape, or size, it can even happen to breeders as well. And although I am not a breeder, I was given very very good guidance on how to handle this pregancy. Thankyoy for the words in your post - but some of it was not needed.

Oh Renee, that's just awful. I'm upset just reading this, anyone with pets knows they are such a large part of our lives and you're exactly right - this can happen to anyone. RIP Millie and I really hope that Mickey gets stronger soon.

Oh no Renee, I am so so sorry to hear this, what devastating news.
I hope your little pup makes it through and brings you lots of joy and happiness.
It will take a long time to get over, but you will never forget your beautiful girl and her babies.
