are you after something specifically classical?? If you are I can definitely suggest some things. The easiest way to listen to snippets of things is on amazon.com They normally have the first 15 seconds of each track available to listen to - it can give you an idea.

We had this for our first dance. Isn't it a beautiful song!!

It just sums us up exactly.

Neither of us really knew love until we meet each other.

We're having "I finally found someone" Bryan Adams. The words are really appropriate to us and how we met etc....

So many amazing songs have been listed here! I was sure I was going to have Canon D (one of my fave songs - I used to play it on the piano, so very relaxing), but now I'm not so sure!

We're having a garden wedding, but we're alowed a CD player, so we have free choice. We come out from behind trees, so 1 song should be enough for the whole Bridal party, but I spose there's heaps of other times you need music!

1. When the ceremony is over, 2. Entering the reception, 3. First dance, among others!

From what has been posted here, really, anything goes! If you love the song, use it! If its you and your H2B all over, use it!

Good luck! Not an easy choice!

We're having a garden wedding with a saxophone quartet and we'll be having "A kiss to build a dream on". It's so appropriate for us. It all started with a kiss!
Sometimes in an ordinary life, love gives us a fairytale...

At this stage I'm planning on having an Instrumental called "Erin Shore" by The Corrs.

Me to!!! I keep changing my mind though....cause the song is so long and I have no bridal party, I'm not sure what to do dry.gif

OMG! I am having a garden wedding and from the house to the area we're going to married is probably 10 metres at the most, so therefore I wasn't going to have music...

Is that wrong???? We've got a DJ lined up for at the reception. I just didn't think about music for the wedding... Do you need to have music???

We are having a garden ceremony and i am walking down the aisle to Metallica - Nothing Else Matters (London Symphony Orchestra version).

My FH loves that song and i actually dont like Metallica but i do love this version of this song!!!! I have a 2 x pageboys, a FG and 4 x BM, plus myself to walk down the hill and its a 6 minute long song - perfect!

I wanted Canon in D Major but our friends just had it for their wedding. Another good one is - You lift me Up - any version. I think that is a beautiful song....
