exciting update from us...we have bought! We bought about 20 mins north of where we are now...and alot cheaper (approx 100-160K cheaper!), still noce, famly oriented town and manageable on one income...4 beds, 2 baths, pool...nice! Just needs some cosmetic work...we are just waiting to exchange as I type, so all going well, but next week will be all official! What made us move in this direction was seeing a financial advisor to look at what our actual buying potential is....so that that was really helpful
thanks for everyones help!..now officially TTC too...!

As with some of the other girls i have seen to many of our friends do it the other way and are still renting, and are paying $20 less renting than we are paying off our house ! And are really struggling to buy a house now, i guess its personal choice really, best of luck with your decision
As they say rent money is dead money but i guess you must do whats right in your own situation, every one is different

Then begin TTC.
Should hopefully all come together fairly smoothly.
