We are thinking of going on a cruise ship somewhere. There are too many to choose from but we want to make sure the one we go on has lots of people our age and not grandmas/grandpas. tongue.gif

HI,

We're going to Fiji, can't wait!! for 8 nights! Without the child, so should be interesting!
Sharon, Montville is gorgeous, I'm from the sunshine coast, and you're only about 35 mins from Noosa too.

Have fun!

We are going to Montville, near Melaney. Staying at a place called Country Habit, its really great and has a fireplace and spa.

The first thing I decided was that we were going to honeymoon in Montville! That was a year before we got engaged!! There's a few places like Sharon mentioned, and some of the honeymoon suites, and packages, sound absolutely divine! Now I'm excited about it again...want to hurry up and get married so we can go!!!!! biggrin.gif

We're going to the UK! Adam has a conference there about a week or so after the wedding so I am going too - we're catching up with friends who will miss the wedding (lots of photo developing in that week!) and basically sight seeing - and part of the trip gets paid for, so we can afford it.

Possibly a trip to germany in there, still confirming that.

We are still deciding between Thailand, Bali or Fiji. My parents have timeshare so they are giving us two weeks wherever we decide.. biggrin.gif

Simon's parents are paying for our airfares so I guess in the end it will be up to them how much they are willing to spend. But we don't want them to have to fork out too much so will probably choose the cheapest deal that we can find....

I think all these tropical honeymoons sound so romantic! I've never been to the Sunshine Coast Sharon but have always wanted to go - you'll have to tell us all the details!

We've decided to go to Europe, we've been talking about it for years & this is the perfect excuse! We'll probably spend most of our time in England & France, with a few days in Sweden to visit Jon's sister & her boyfriend, then a few days staying in Crete with friends (to thaw out!) before we come home. We've been pricing flights, which we hope to book soon, but the details will have to wait a month or two...

QUOTE

As once the wedding is over, literally the next week we start rennovations on our house, and hence cannot afford a honeymoon!

We're renovating at the moment Moz, so I know the feeling exactly! (Hence the honeymoon planning - and saving - has to wait a while!) Setting yourselves up in your newly renovated home will be better than any holiday, though!

I think we'll all be looking forward to our honeymoons as much as our weddings by the end, to finally having some rest! smile.gif
