Ok, so today I had my first makeup trial (yes, I know, early) - and I was so happy with the result. It took a while to grown on me - I liked the work she'd done, but I didn't recognise myself.
A few hours later I took these photos - and the makeup still looked great and hadn't moved (and boy was today hot in Newcastle!)
I do look shiny - but on the day I'll carry a powder to help with this.

(excuse the photos, aside from Ali and Dale no one saw me today sad.gif - so I took them myself)

ok, so I wanted a natural look with a focus on the eyes - I also asked for definition using blush but, as happens in a trial, we decided not to go so heavy on the day...

excuse the dumb look on my face! dry.gif

OK first thoughts
yes the expression is funny
you have lovely eyes - seems like everyone on this forum does! (last one was Moore) smile.gif
I think it looks great and yes it's a tad shiny but who can blame you with these ridiculously high temperatures..

I would prefer maybe a little more emphasis on the eyes (black or dark brown liner on top eyelid) and more glossier or darker lips.

i was pretty reluctant to go too dark - Dale was SO patient!

i wouldn't mind having charcoal eyeliner and a darker eyeliner - didn't think of it until Ali suggested it for herself - damn! lol

as per my lips - i just hadn't reapplied any and it had been about 3 hours - so obviously this was my fault.

I just went and had a look in the mirror - it's 10 hours after the make up was put on and my eyes are still perfect!

You look really lovely. A great job done!

I also agree with the general consensus that it's a good idea to emphasise your lovely eyes.
