But when I got my own goldfish I satisfied my lust for historical names and named them Augustus, Tiberius, Gaius, Claudius and Nero

A Female rat, Mercury, named after Freddie Mercury.
Stormy, female, who is called that because she is grey and white and has an awful temper.
Fabio, who is a male, and I called him fabio as a joke, because we weren't intending on keeping them, and I had to name them so I could tell them apart. The father of fabio had ripped all his neck and head feathers off, and I thought it would be funny to call him that.
Bart who is a female, and once again was a joke name because she was from the same breeding pair as fabio. She was the one who was always naughty, so she got called Bart.
And we have a fish named Shakira. Why? I really cant remember lol that was too long ago.

Mozart - a big black and white tomcat. He looks like he is in tails, so we thought a composer was suitable. He is nicknamed boof-head because he is silly.
Contance - small grey (well, blue really) girl cat. Her actual name is Constanza (Mozart's wife I think), but it was such a fancy name for a little cat, so we abbreviated.
I have inherited Jake - the old tan boxer who belongs to H2B's parents. He was the "young" dog when we started dating, but he is the "old" dog now.
Plus there is Ellie the red boxer puppy, we got her in July (well, Dan's parents got her because his 14yo brother and I had been begging for a puppy), she is beautiful!!!
I have a budgie called Oliver (he is olive green), he talks and is very clever, but my Mum loves him so much that I left him with her.
I would love to get a cat, but H2B is allergic, so no cats for me ever again (Mum and Dad won't be getting anymore once Mo and Constance pass away)

he's been held by his paws and dipped in blue but my god when people are over,
he's got his cranky pants on. He's very loyal and protective and basically dislikes
everything...including that poor Christmas beetle that unfortunately found its way
into our house last night...crunched up mighty quick. I've never liked cattle dogs,
I always think they turn into kegs on legs but H2B is obsessed with them and now
that we have him, I wouldn't have anything else. As my H2B loves to drink Jack
Daniels, he's been named 'JD'. His kennel name is Blue Buster and that suits him
perfectly!! H2b also calls him Bugger Boy, Captain Knackers, Knacker Boy and
Chuggalug. I have no idea we got these names from
