Hullo There! I am having a wedding too - for about 150pax. What I did though - was bought a wedding diary. In the wedding diary I bought (which was I think Brides of Victoria??) it had a section titled Guest List. I then - using graylead (as of course you can easily erase it) started writing down all the names of the people I wanted to invite. I started with Rhys and me (as it just gives an indication of numbers for yourself in terms of reception and catering) and then worked my way down in terms of importance (for example - my parents were next, then Rhys's cousins etc...). When I wrote people's name - I wrote them also in a manner in which the reception centre wants. That is - my reception centre wants people in terms of their Table (8-10 - 11 to a table) those people and the amount. I gave an example below.

Pearson Family - 4 Pax
Sahib Family - 2 Pax

Then in a little bracket I wrote the peoples names - if you aren't too sure.

Also - this particular wedding diary had an address book section. I then went and wrote the addresses for the people I couldn't remember or wasn't sure of. It helps - as you have all the information you need in one section.

Hope this helps!
