lmao Clair.

I weighed myself the other day and discovered that I have gained 6k!!!!

I just can't understand it, I mean surely all the honeymoon sexercise should have counteracted the cooked breakfast, three course meals and cocktails.blink.gif

Back to healthy eating and exercise once we get home.

I lost weight, I cant understand how, I was so inactive, and lay on the beach a lot, and spent a large amount of time drinking cocktails and eating rich deserts. But after I had been home for a while, i put on 2 kilos, grrrr, so it caught up with me in the end! So effectively lost some and gained it back, and ended up where I began.

I lost weight, but I think it was mostly fluid! Sweated my @ss off in Bali!

I cant remember how much I put on. It was somewhere around 4 or 5 kilos. It was ok though, cause I lost heaps of weight from stress before the wedding, so it kind of just got me back up to normal.

Hubby however, with all the buffets at Brampton Island aimed to put on 10kg before we got home. I think he did as well. tongue.gif

Same here Joanne!

I was shocked to find I'd lost a kilo when I got home - all that alcohol, buffets, Thai curries and creamy desserts in Thailand - I was sure I had put weight on! unsure.gif

But after a couple of weeks at home my weight went up a bit - so I guess it just took awhile to catch up. Don't know.

I felt like I didn't stop eating on our Honeymoon...I never want to see another Buffet ever again!

I was sure that I had gained at least 5 kilos! However when I got home and got on the dreaded scales I found that I had gained 2 kilos, back to my favourite healthy weight biggrin.gif

So I'm a happy chappy!
