Just an idea for all the girls in different states, What about a video of some type? Someone buys a blank one and records there msg etc on it and then posts it to the next person?? This would require a bit of trust and everyone getting use of a camera but its an idea!
( now im wishing i used sue myself)

Sue is a florist that deals in silk flowers and she is just wonderful.

I sent her an email for the first time on Wednesday, since then she has emailed me 4 times, looked at my wedding ideas website, told me how gorgeous she thinks everything will be (several thousand times hehe) put a quote and portfolio full of ideas in the mail via express post (come on postie I wanna see!!) and has become a friend.

After the very first email from her I felt that I could trust her, that she would do whatever she could to make my wedding wonderful

Does that explain it for you darl? biggrin.gif

Hi Girls,

Just had another idea for the big event.

What about a Saturday or Sunday lunch at a coffee club or another restaurant. Everyone can buy their own meal and then someone can just ask Sue to "meet" them at the particular place to discuss some ideas. I'm sure everyone is aware by now that Sue's quite partial to a good coffee.

This way there's also no 'hire' costs for halls/rooms etc and we can spend that little bit more on the pressie!

What's everyone elses thoughts?

erinmaree that is indeed a very good idea....

What about JoJos in the city - there are different counters with various types of food - from cheap to more expensive and you pay when you order so there is no issue with bills. I can reserve tables for however many can come. There is a bar there and people dont have to even eat if they dont want to.

Some girls were concerned about finances which is fair enough since we are all paying for weddings on top of our usual life expenses......

Does anyone have any problem with lunch at somewhere like jojos on a weekend?

I think the video idea is a great one girls from out of town.

Maybe dinner would be nicer so that those of us who want to party on can do so??? would many be interested in partying on?

I'm really looking forward to meeting all of you guys - I know you are all super people because Sue only has special people surrounding her...

Just wondering if her hubby would like to be there for such a nice night in honour of her? Perhaps one couple - perhaps angela and justin could be one of the best for this???? could invite her and her husband out to join them for dinner??????

Hi Guys,

Lunch would probably be easier for me - but just let me know which way suits everyone else best and I will try to work something out.

I'll keep an eye out for more info!

Erin.
