Hmm... what to have tonight...

I haven't eaten anything for the past two days.... I've had a tummy bug! sad.gif

But I'm feeling much better now... my appetite has returned.... feeling like some steak I think!

Does anyone have a good potato bake recipe to go with it?

Thinly slice 4-5 pototoes & a large onion.
Layer potoato, onion, some grated cheese alternately in a casserole. After 3-4 layers pour over 200ml (ish) cream mixed with chicken stock. Top with more cheese and bake for 35 - 40 mins (180 degrees C)

Hi Kim,
I plan seven meals a week, from what I have in the pantry, write the list of what we are having on the fridge and choose one during that day of what I am going to cook.
if you sit down and choose a few new recipes it is quite fun, and saves money when you do the grocery shop too.

Tonight we are having pumpkin and broccoli korma, last night we had stir fried veges with pad thai sauce, YUM!
