I am making Milo's favourite tonight - asparagus chicken. It's like a big creamy, cheesy, casserole with chicken and asparagus. Oh so bad for the waistline, but very yummy.

Wholemeal pocket bread, sundried tomato's, Olives (but not for me ewww), pineapple, chicken, mozzarella cheese, capsicum and some yummy italian herbs.

There was enough leftovers for me & h2b for lunch today and enough for me for lunch tomorrow as well.
