mmmm, sounds delish, Sharon.

I am making Milo's favourite tonight - asparagus chicken. It's like a big creamy, cheesy, casserole with chicken and asparagus. Oh so bad for the waistline, but very yummy.

Yummo!!! Can I have the recipe?

We are having boring boring mashed tatoes and chops! lol Very easy but boring!

I had steak and stir-fried veg/noodles last night - and I've sliced the leftover steak into the veg/noodles so I have stir-fry for lunch. I don't know what I'm having tonight, maybe sausages and steamed veggies, Marty can have some chips as well but I'll skip them. biggrin.gif

Probably steak, mashed potato and roasted sweet potato. I have no idea what we have though or whether mum has something else in mind (probably not, we don't get into planning in advance for tea mostly) I'm really looking forward to the lamb roast we are having on Thursday though (that has to be planned cos someone has to be home early enough to put it on - on Thursday I am)
