Hi ladies,

We are having home-made lasagne, salad, and homemade bread. I made it this morning as a surprise for Greg. smile.gif Dont normally do a lot of cooking but felt like it today.

I'm sure Greg will love his surprise! biggrin.gif

We're having Spinach & Ricotta Canneloni with some garlic bread for Michael and a green salad for me!

I'm so proud of him for eating some vegetables, other than corn & potato! I was so excited that I rang my Mum and told her! laugh.gif tongue.gif biggrin.gif

mmmm, sounds delish, Sharon.

I am making Milo's favourite tonight - asparagus chicken. It's like a big creamy, cheesy, casserole with chicken and asparagus. Oh so bad for the waistline, but very yummy.

Monday nights at my home is usually something quick that doesnt involve a lot of cooking as H2B goes to tech on Monday nights so its just me at home.

Tonight i will be having prawn sandwiches, cause i love prawns but H2B cant stand them so i only get to eat them on Mondays.

Either beef and black bean stir-fry or sausages and steamed vegetables. Either way it'll be heavy on the vegies tonight...I have a real urge for them. biggrin.gif

Haven't really though what I'll have for dinner yet.....maybe lamb stirfry or chicken stirfry. Something quick cause I have to go to the airport after dinner to pick up a friend - YAY! biggrin.gif

Happy cooking ladies!

Jason is working tonight so it is either leftovers or cereal for me!

I can never be bothered cooking if it is only me at home.

We're having home made lasagne and salad also. The Lasagne could be interesting though as it is a new recipe that has four cheeses in it - ricotta, fetta, mozzerella and parmesan and we have used a tomato and spinach pasta sauce for the mince so we'll see how we go!

We are having Creamy salmon pasta with garlic bread for dinner tonight. I must say the best thing about being on maternity leave at the moment is being able to have all day to get dinner organised.

We are having a yummo roast pork, roast veges and brocolli/cauliflower cheese............Providing I remember to put the roast in the oven in 1 hour tongue.gif

So I won't give up
No I won't break down
Sooner than it seems life turns around
And I will be strong
Even if it all goes wrong
When I'm standing in the dark I'll still believe
Someone's watching over me
