With my wedding a mere 22 days away, I have been toying with the idea of surprising my H2B with some dazzling wax artistry....but am a little hesitant at the idea of a stranger smearing hot wax you know where and then ripping if off! ohmy.gif

Has anyone else been considering this? What about colours, shapes, crystal tattoos etc? If you're not too scared to answer - I would welcome opinions, ideas even scary recounts.

It actually doesn't hurt much at all and it only takes about 15 minutes! I don't wanna go the XXXX (no hair) but the little strip (XXX) will definately be there!

My wife was going to get it done... i just cringed and said "if you want to"

She couldn't go through with it, she got the sides done and that was it... Your H2B will probably love it though, i know i would tongue.gif but i could totally understand why she didn't wanna go through with it blink.gif ouch blink.gif

no pain, no gain

Thanks Shells! I must have missed that thread. I have to agree with some of the girls - the wax part doesn't scare me as much as the stories I've heard about how the positions you need to be in - let's hope they are only urban myths! wink.gif

I already get this wax done, however I change between XXX and XX wax occassionally... So my wedding will be no different, I'll be having one for sure.

It is painful at the start, but you get used to it, but just dont go a week before or a week after you have had your periods...the pain is 10 times worse!!

I did go the full brazillian once, and it did hurt a bit. But he didnt even like it, so no way did I bother ever doing it again!!!

For our wedding I just got a regular bikini wax and that kept him happy.

Good Luck!

I have had the Brazilian a few times... three I think, and yes it does hurt. But hubby loved it and it makes a huge difference... in bed. I would get it done more often if it didn't cost $50 each time.
Worth the pain if you ask me...

I asked my H2B if he liked brazillians and he said they looked prepubescent

Thats enough reason for me NOT to get it! blink.gif

Besides I remember how it itches when hair starts re-growing...I had to get some removed so I could have stitches in that area recently... it was awful! Everyone must have thought I had crabs! huh.gif

I am definately considering it as I know H2B would LOVE it and I would love to surprise him on our wedding day. I have never had any waxing apart from my eyebrows so I am pretty nervous about what it will be like...I have taken it all off down there for him a few times but only using a cream and he just goes crazy..but I may chicken out before July I'm not sure... dry.gif

Tigercub - you're so funny! Crabs laugh.gif

Stace - I'm with you. I know he would LOVE it and be extremely surprised....but not having had one done before there is hesitation on my part. Not so much about the pain but having a complete stranger fussing around down there.

Oh well - will have to stop being a chicken.....
