I wouldn't use Elsie as a full name, but it would be a lovely nickname for Elspeth or Elizabeth/Elisabeth.
(I have an aunt who was named Elsee but changed it to Elise as an adult)

Our baby girl is an Imogen so I am so biased . I spent many hours surfing name berry and reading name books Imogen just seemed to suit her from her 20 week scan.
You have a wonderful List of names. I can't wait to see which one you decide to use!
