So I have my favs of course. I like them all some I think are more me then others. Which do you think would be best with my kids names. Alexa could possibly be the middle name but that can be changed easily its not a family name or anything.

Callee- Is it to close to my sister and nieces name Kaylie/Kailee? (my sister and best friend don't think so)

Evanna- Only jut found this. Don't really like the nn Evie as there was a girl at school with this nn that I didn't go much on. BUT maybe I could get over that or call her Vanna (also have a niece Hannah?)

Callianna- Love this don't like the look of it though and nn would be Callee. ALso makes it different to Kaylie. Worried it looks made up even though I found it on a naming website so its not. I like the look of Calliana better but they are both pronounced different.

Vivienne- Like this keep coming back to it but think its a little "old school" for me. Just can't take it off the list.

Xanthe/Xanthia- Like both not sure which one more.

Still like Eleah although don't like this spelling and it could be close to my name.

TBH, this would be my fave, but only if it was Calliana - spelling and pronunciation. Cal - ee - ah - nah. JMO.

ETA: I would like Xanthe if it wasn't for the fact I used to work with potent horrible xanthates at my last job. So unfortunately it's ruined the name for me. sad.gif

To me Vivienne is in a class of its own - I love it. The nn Vivi is gorgeous too.

I voted Xanthe, I think it suits your other kids' names well and sounds good with your surname. Vivienne would be my second choice. I wouldn't have a clue how to pronounce Callianna.

I will be trueful I think apart of the not sure on Vivienne is MIL might actually like it and that is the last thing I want ph34r.gif . Its just a turn off for me. That is how much I hate MIL. Although in saying that she had her own daughter in tears and SIL's son not named for over a week bc she said she didn't like first Beau, then William then Thomas (she ended up going Thomas). And how much more traditional not out there are William and Thomas?? I want her to tell me she hates it like she did Amahlia so I can tell her good that makes me like it even more. Which yes I know is silly but I can't help it.

Callee or Calliana- Not a fan of either sorry. They both sound a bit like made up names to me which I am not a fan of. Calliana reminds me a bit of Lilliana.... am I right in saying that this was also one on your list a while back? I like that name actually and think it would be my favourite of all of them so far smile.gif

Evanna- Don't mind this, I am a fan of 'Vowel names' for some reason! I think this is very pretty name for a little girl

Vivienne- Like it and think that it would suit your other names somehow. I don't necessarily see it as being 'old fashioned' if it helps?

Xanthe/Xanthia- Prefer Xanthe to Xanthia I think? Could be a bit of a mouthful though with a Zacharie and a Xanthe in the same house... even though they technicall start with different letters they both sound like Z names when pronounced?

Eleah- Undecided on this, think I just prefer Leah on its own without the E

Good Luck! smile.gif

If you like Callie as a nickname have you considered Calliope (Kah-Lie-oh-pee), nn Callie? I think it would go with your other names quite well smile.gif

I like Vivienne too - and I love goodgirl's suggestion of Vianne for you.

Well Xanthe and Vivienne are both on my girls names list so........ smile.gif

I actually think either works well but are maybe a little too traditional to go with your other kids.

I don't love Callee for you, although Callianna seems to work better and gives you the same nickname. Have you considered Calla?

Evanna is not bad and you could nickname to Annie which would be cute with Mahli.

Eleah is ok, but more matchy with Amahlia than some of the others.

I like Xanthe/Xanthia or Vivienne.
Evanna just doesn't look right to me. I suspect Callee would constantly be spelled Kelly.
Eleah would be constantly misspelled and mispronounced as well as being too similar to Amahlia

ETA: No matter how much of a cow she is, don't choose a name to spite your MIL. Choose one you love, and that you hope your daughter will love regardless of what MIL thinks. (If she hates it, that's just a bonus!)

The only one I would go for is Vivienne. The others are a little too out there for me. But then im also not one for naming a while something, and then only using a nickname
"It's impossible" said pride.
"It's risky" said experience.
"It's pointless" said reason.

I voted for Vivienne. I think it sounds nice with your other kids names. It is a lovely name too.

Xanthe would be my second choice, but I don't like Xanthia.

I like Callee but don't like it with this spelling at all. I much prefer it spelled Callie, but I don't think it goes that well with your other kids names. Plus it sounds a bit too much like a nickname to me.

Callianna I am not a fan of at all sorry! It does look a little made up, though I know it's not, it just looks like one of those names!
