Ok I need to read through this properly, need some cooking inspiration lately.

hmmm, I don't know what my signature dish would be. Probably my Tortellini Boscaiola and the Triple Chocolate Trifle we have had at our last two parties was a massive hit, so much so another couple served it at their last dinner party.

Before I went vegan, I'd have probably said my signature dish was vegemite toast (and may very well have already said it here in the past).

Don't underestimate the power of a good piece of toast. It's actually a bit of an art form. So many things have to be right...the crispness, the temperature, the butter/vegemite ratio, even the knife you use. Seriously.

am known as the healthy eater in my family, so my signature dish would be my healthy chicken tomato stew smile.gif

I have no idea actually, I am a reasonable cook and cook a lot of different things, my family's favourite would probably be my roast pork - crackling and crunchy roast potatoes.

If I am bringing a plate somewhere I usually take spinach quiche, my mums recipe, simple to make and delicious.

I make a pretty good white chocolate mud but only for birthdays smile.gif
