Thanks for the welcome ladies .... this is my first, so I am both petrified and over the moon at the same time! I'm glad I've got some 2nd/3rd time mums to ask all my silly questions!!

Full of Faith - I'm not annon.... this is my login. I had a different one when I got married, but forgot it, so started this one a little while ago. I've not ever been particularly active on the forum ... I'm typically more a stalker than a poster.

I am more of a stalker too but I have a great group of friends from my first pregnancy. We talk in Facebook now. There is 10 of us and we chat all the time, send Christmas cards, etc. It's nice. Most of us were first time Mums but we have a couple with 1 or 2 others.

I was sick again in the car on my way to work this morning and I had a bit of a cry too! I'm just so sick of feeling sick! It's really making me miserable. I'm not enjoying much at all at the moment and I want it to end! I'm really hoping and praying that I will be ok by 12 weeks. I'm pretty sure it was subsiding by that stage with Ava.

Hopefully seeing the baby next Tuesday will cheer me up!!

I tried Maxalon and Zofran last time but didn't really notice a difference. As much as I hate feeling this way I just can't be bothered rushing around to doctors and trying different remedies when I know that the only thing that will truly help is time!

Are you going to find out the sex? We didn't last time but I think we might this time round. I'm undecided though. I am expecting it will be another girl (which I would love) but most people are guessing boy at this stage.

I've perked up today and I'm not feeling too bad at the moment. Maybe I've miraculously turned the corner!

So far I haven't felt sick but it is only early days for me. When did it start for you?

This one will be a Surprise for us wub.gif We found out with the other two and we have one of each (I still have all their baby stuff) so I really want to experience that whole 'what is it' moment at the birth since this will be our last smile.gif

Just made my GP appointment for late next week when the kids will both be back at school. Still have one FR test left so plan to use it that morning just to make sure there are still 2 lines!!

Having bad MS in summer sucks though! But once this has passed the rest of the pregnancy should be good.

Not knowing the sex last time was nice. When she came out I quickly said to Brian - you tell me what it is. I really wanted a girl so I was thrilled.

Morning sickness (the vomiting part) kicked in at 6 weeks. Before that my only real symptom was fatigue but as it turned out my iron was very low.

Yeah, I want DH to announce what bub is. I think I will have another boy!

I had been taking some Iron while TTC, in the form of some Iron Melts as I can't swallow big tablets, but I recently changed to some pregnancy multi (the gummy lolly type) and I dont think that has any iron in it, so will see how we go. The Iron Melts also contain folic acid so I dont know if you could take both because then I would be getting too much folic acid. Will see what my GP says next week.

So Full of Faith you think you are having another girl, what do you think you are having ~B~?

FOF - I'm sorry to hear you're so unwell with MS.

Re: finding out the gender.... we're undecided, but probably won't and I don't have a feeling either way to be honest.

Hope you ladies have a good long weekend

I have a wedding to go to this Sunday and tomorrow night the girls are all invited over to the MOH's house for some drinks and Magic Mike. So I don't know how I am going to cover up not drinking. I will be driving Saturday night so that shouldnt be too much of a problem. For the wedding I might just have to fill a glass with orange juice and pretend there is some vodka in there!! I am not a big drinker anyway so hopefully no-one notices.

How will you all be announcing to family/friends? DH thinks we should just wait until they notice laugh.gif

Congratulations ~Jessica~ and Magic biggrin.gif wub.gif Welcome to the group smile.gif

Even though the weather has been awful, I have had a lovely weekend celebrating the wedding of a friend. Everyone was drinking champagne, so I ended up just asking for Soda water with orange juice in a champagne glass and no-one had any idea. One other girl ended up getting herself champagne with orange juice so I didnt look odd at all, although she did get me an actual champagne with orange juice at one stage which I managed to discretely change over while she was in the loo. lol. Ended up telling my 2 closest friends (who were my BM's) the night before and they are so excited! One is due in 8 weeks and the other is TTC so will be nice to have bubs similar in age smile.gif
