Hey all, yes I'm sure you get sick of hearing it but yay it's me and I'm new! blink.gif

Just got engaged recently but the big day is a long long way off. We don't even have a date yet, but can't hurt to get organising now right? Just dipping my toe in to see where the good place are to get advice when organising it all.

Was actually thinking of indulging in some cosmetic surgery prior to the big event, has anyone done this before, or have some suggestions?

From my experience, it is never too early to start planning! I was engaged 2.5 years before our wedding, and I started having ideas straight away and booking things 18 months out. This was partly necessitated by living OS and getting married in Australia, but it made for a much less stressful lead-up to the wedding!

Whereabouts are you? Have you got any loose ideas/plans yet?

I was engaged for almost 2.5 years before getting married. It meant we had stacks of time to research what we wanted.

When I am grown up I will understand how beautiful it feels to administrate my life effectively.
Until then I will continue to torch all correspondence that bores me and to dance naked over the remnants of its still glowing embers.

I was engaged four months before my wedding. I wouldn't recommend it. Your way is much better.
