Have you looked in Target? I never bothered with Target for pants but I got some work pants from there a couple of months ago and I was quite impressed. I know they have 3 lengths too.

Also been looking everywhere for espadrille wedges to wear when the weather warms up which aren't too high and comfortable to wear all day. I finally found these in the natural colour. They were cheaper on Amazon even with shipping than on Endless, go figure!

Nice, I bought a pair similar when I was in Indonesia last - I only paid $10 - Bargain

The sandals arrived. I'm bummed since they're a bit too big for me sad.gif Want to sell them if anyone is interested. I'm a size 8, normally buy US 8.5, which is the size of these sandals, but I think they're more an AU9.

PM me if anyone is interested. I paid US$27.93 for them, so happy to sell them for AU$20 plus shipping.

Here's the link again. http://www.amazon.co...=wanted desiree

I'm tempted to buy them again in size US8......am I crazy???

I am on the hunt for some nice maxi dresses. I love them during summer as they are cool but they keep all the wobbly bits covered blush.gif . I am also thinking of some flowy tops over slim fitting pants... again to hide the muffin top and give the illusion of slender laugh.gif .

I also need to start building up my work wardrobe for my return in January. I am thinking I will try to avoid suits and go for dresses and skirts and shirts.

For some reason I have completely lost my shopping mojo though and I am really trying to psych myself up rather than hold myself back like I normally need to do with shopping rolleyes.gif .

Crisis - not crazy at all to buy another pair if you like them! Especially now that you know what size to go for.

Bummer Crisis! I just bought some new Summer wedges otherwise I would have considered them smile.gif

Kookies - love maxi dresses too. I haven't seen too many recently though!
Barkins has a good sale on BrandsExclusive at the moment - I quite like their work clothes and they are super cheap! Link here

I picked up a cute patterened tee and some coral coloured shorts yesterday - getting ready for Summer!

I have trouble with Maxis being long enough - they usually come to my ankles or just skim my feet. They look fine with flats (which I usually wear) but there's no way I could wear them with heels.
Anyone seen some nice long ones?

Just saw advertised on the Target website that they will be releasing a designer collection by Roberto Cavalli to hit their stores on 31st October.

I'm definately gonna try to check it out on the 31st if there's any left by the time I get there on my lunch break. biggrin.gif

I really need to walk away from the online shops... I realised when the weather warmed up the other day I have nothing, and I mean nothing that I can wear out of the house on a warm day. Everything I own is so old it looks like I should be painting or gardening in them. Then I got an email from birdsnest about free delivery, so I started looking....

I got:
top
Thought this would be good with a pair of light coloured knee length or below type pants if we ever get a super hot day again. Just need to get the pants now laugh.gif

dress 1
For a wedding we have in December

dress 2
They didn't have any left last night in blue, so I got silver, however I looked tonight and they had blue, so with free delivery I figured I would order the blue as well and return the one I didn't like. They are also in different sizes, so hopefully one or even both will fit, but if they don't it costs me the return postage to get my money back.

It doesn't sound like a lot, however that is a lot coming from someone that has basically not shopped for seven years!!!

Ooh thanks for sharing Steph! Love your picks - nice work smile.gif

I am on the hunt for a nice maxi skirt - preferably something oriental floral style... ASOS had the perfect skirt but it is all sold out sad.gif am now sulking and can't find anything less than $250 which is more than I want to spend, grrr!!

But did pick up a cute polka dot skirt for summer and some pastel tank tops to get my pastel fix sorted laugh.gif

I did a serious wardrobe cleanout tonight as my first spring cleaning step and discovered that most of my clothes are black, denim, red/maroon, floral or earthy toned linen pants. Mission for spring/summer shopping is to inject some bright colour I think. Accessories can only do so much.

Penny your new clothes and ear rings sound gorgeous! We need pics! biggrin.gif And great bargains at that price too!

Re my necklaces - I stumbled across the first necklace in a gift shop of all places and grabbed it. I've never had one like it. I'm trying to branch out a bit with my jewellery which has always been pretty conservative. So will see how I go. blush.gif

I love the look of statement necklaces etc, and buy them every now and then but never really seem to end up wearing them.

So I did some more shopping yesterday...

I had a DJ's voucher so wandered in there. Ended up with a few things from the Witchery area after a lovely lady pointed out a few tops I hadn't noticed. I did think there was a buy 2 get 1 free sale on, but apparently it was only on certain items (that is the second time I have been caught out by bad signage in DJ's mad.gif ) I still got everything as I had nothing before.

Anyway here is what I got:
black singlet top

stripey top

2 tops I got this one in the cornflower and Latte.

I also got a pair of jeans. I am not 100% sure about if I should have got them... I didn't need jeans. However they are stretch ones, super comfy and actually fit, so I had to get them right??? wink.gif

Now I need pants/skirts to go with the tops from above. Am thinking maybe a pair of light coloured or white jeans plus some light coloured knee length type pants??
