I know, it sits perfectly! It's my fave thing I've bought in a long time and I love that it's good for the office or a night out. $50 is a bargain too!

Yep, I can't wait to wear it! I also love that it will be great to wear in either winter, with tights and a shirt underneath, or just as is in summer.

I love that tunic! It's gorg...I might go try it on. smile.gif

I bought this the other day which I totally love. http://www.ebay.com....9#ht_875wt_1037 It's a lot shorter than anything else I wear but with tights and boots I don't feel like I am showing too much leg. tongue.gif I'm going to get another one in a beige colour. I'm also on the look out for a winter skirt, new boots and a work skirt in something other than black. I also need new PJ pants and slippers but they aren't exactly fashion!

Me ..... I finally found the boots I've been looking for the past few years. Stupid thing is I searched high and low all over the internet and in all normal and obscure shoe shops. Didn't think to try Myer did I! And there they were today! laugh.gif

They are knee high, black leather riding boots with the tan trim at the top. Even better they were on sale with 30% off. biggrin.gif I will post a pic of them when I collect them from laybuy. They are so beautiful. wub.gif

I finally collected my boots the other week. It's not a great pic but the best I could get of them. They will need a bit of stretching as they feel tighter round the ankle than they did in the shop but I love them. smile.gif

I also collected this great velvet jacket from Jigsaw that was a bargain at $99 in the sales.

Ooh, they're cute! With exactly the right size heel I'm after.

I've loved this thread so much! Think I might go off and start a Spring/Summer one as everyone will be bringing out their new season stuff soon.

And finally this great loose knit dress from Seed Heritage to wear with tights and my new boots. The pic doesn't do it justice, it's falls really nicely and will be a great trans-seasonal dress. smile.gif

I love the low heel boots. They are so comfy to walk around in.

Great idea re the Spring/Summer thread. I look forward to seeing what comes out and what everyone buys! smile.gif

Well I am heading off to America in just over 1 week! Work finally decided to send me on a work trip (after uhmming and aahing for ages rolleyes.gif) So now I have to raid my Summer wardrobe for work clothes suitable for working in a laboratory in hot weather and also casual Summery clothes for my non-work days - just as I have been getting into all my winter boots, tights and knit dresses, boo! But bring on the shopping!! tongue.gif I get some free time in both Virginia and LA so I am hitting the shops - anyone got any tips/recommendations?

Penny I think you owe us a trip report! tongue.gif

And did you end up getting time to hit the shops when you were O/S? smile.gif

I agree a Spring/Summer thread is a great idea smile.gif

Thanks for thinking of me wub.gif the trip was fantastic. I did indeed manage to hit the shops (a few times lol). I splurged within 20 minutes of being at my first mall laugh.gif and got a gorgeous Michael Kors handbag - pic on my (neglected) blog, so I tried to behave after that. Although I forgot half my work clothes (whoops tongue.gif) so I had to get a couple of work pants and cardigans from Banana Republic just to tide me over (damn!). LOVE US sizes, makes me feel so svelte to be buying things in size 4 lol. Then I hit The Grove in Beverley Hills - a nice linen top from Zara, some Bobbi Brown make-up from Nordstroms and then I bought SO much from Forever 21, lots of cute dresses to wear over tights and some cute cropped jumpers to wear with jeans. I had fun!

I have been laying low since I got back from US as I have been so busy at work sad.gif but I did grab a lovely cropped black blazer today from Witchery.

I am so ready for some fun spring fashion. I need to tone up though - I have been so lazy with this winter cold and loose layering happy.gif

I am in love with some of the Forever New dresses at the moment. I have a wedding early next year and I am dying to buy one but it is way too far away to really justify it. Darn it - need a social event!!

Having a faux leather jacket is a must for me during autumn and winter season. It is simple yet fashionable. You can wear it in a dress or simple shirt with your leather booties.
