I'm trekking south for another cold winter .. so my autumn/winter wardrobe will be cardies, long tanks (to cover the ever growing bump!) and jeans.

Once Sheldon has arrived, the wardrobe won't be much different laugh.gif However I'll be incorporating some shirt dresses, leggings, boots into the mix too. Pretty much anything BF friendly, and comfy!

I'll be checking out some of the sites mentioned in this thread so far - I've mainly been trawling eBay for bargains thus far smile.gif

Love the 'Outfit of the Day' idea.

My outfit for today: a long black tank and maternity jeans. Very basic, and not really a whole lot different to what I'd wear normally laugh.gif

I read that last night when I was really sleepy and thought I was seeing things. Congratulations on a little bro for Penny smile.gif

Outtfit: Dark purple turtleneck jumper with slightly cropped sleeves (with thermals underneath, freezing here!), skinny jeans that are a bit too faded to be my 'good' pair anymore tucked into some slouchy black suede boots. With a black overcoat for when I have to go outside! (Our copier is broken so you have to walk over to admin every time you want to print or copy. Driving my outfit choices and me nuts!)

Yeah, I also had to do a double take and read the first line again! Very sneaky announcement! Congratulations!

Those PP merino tops are all sold out in the size I need so will try to get instore and see what they have in there. Otherwise I'm not finding much else that is reasonably priced.

OMG Gems, WTF?

I’d be really keen to know how it is this time around, you know, knowing you are pregnant and all, LOL.

It would make a really great thread if you are comfortable that is and I’m not being too nosey.

Congratulations Gemma! Super exciting! July is a wonderful time to have a baby.

I am reading this thread with interest because I am going shopping today for some new work gear. I pretty much need new everything, not just work stuff, but one step at a time! I want to get some really well fitting, good quality stuff but don't want to spend a fortune either. I know I need to spend a bit on pants though because cheap pants just look very scruffy very quickly. I also have a totally flat bum and look like a 10 year old boy playing dress ups in his big brother's homey pants if I wear ill fitting pants.

I will check out Portmans. I was going to suggest Tokito for pants, Penny P Star, my Tokito pants are the only ones I have that have kept their fit years down the track and not pilled. I'll also have a look for Veronica Maine but not sure if we have that where I live. Cue is my staple but I am not sold on their quality as of late.

I went to Jacqui E yesterday and came out with this top, in this colour. And I am seriously considering these pants but I'm not sure if they are a bit funny around the bum.

I also really like this dress but I think I will get a dress I can wear a shirt under. I am not really a dress person, I have a summer work dress but I'd like to get more into winter dresses with tights and maybe boots. I also really like this but again, I'd have to do tights and boots and I'm not sure if I can pull off tights and boots. I have one pair of boots, pretty much the only ones I could find that did up over my calves, but I don't think I really like them. Around the calf they have a dip down like a cowboy boot and I think I'd like them more and be more comfortable wearing them if they were straight across.

Hoping to do more shopping tomorrow, I didn't get much done yesterday because my son cracked it at his baby sitter's and I had to go get him.

I had an hour or so the other day childless so did a quick shop scout and ended up coming home empty handed sad.gif However, I went to do some groceries yesterday and quickly ducked into a couple of shops that I normally wouldn't venture into and had success! I was enticed into Crossroads with their sign stating everything instore was under $20. So I picked myself up a pair of stretch jean look pants. They were great because they came up nice and high so it doesn't accentuate my muffin top! I also grabbed this knit tunic in the grey silver. I'm just unsure on what I should wear under it because it's got that scoop/boat neckline and a lot of my plain long sleeve t-shirts come up quite high.

I also bought a pair of dark purple skinny leg jeans/pants from Big W! I checked out Cotton on the other day and was so excited when I saw all their colour choices, but they didn't have anything bigger than a size 14 sad.gif So I went with the Big W ones. For $20 I don't care if they don't last!

So I've now decided to give all stores a chance as you just never know what you might find. A few weeks ago I found a great sheer shirt, black with small white birds all over it, from Jay Jays!
