I'm totally over the vomiting though wacko.gif . Just when I think it's going when I get 2 days in a row when I don't vomit, and then bang, I do it again. Grrr. Never had this is DD.

I only vomited once with Seth when skinning some chicken drumsticks however with this baby I have vomited quite a few time....all in the second trimester never in the first, quite strange!

Well, we had our morph scan today and our baby BOY is looking great, still have the low lying placenta so need to have a repeat scan at I think 34 weeks but other than that all is well, Super exited about having two boys so close together. Next appointment is with the hospital ob's to talk about the placenta position and also my previous birth.

JW - How did your morph scan go?

Congrats on your little boy Cookies!! I didn't realise they'd be so close together. And here I am freaking out that Kiara will only be 2ys 3mo!

Only one more week till we find out what we're having. So excited!

I haven't vomited in a few days now, but came pretty close changing Kiara's nappy today.

So glad everything went well with your scan Cookies! Another boy, how wonderful smile.gif

Still counting down the weeks until my scan, cant wait to find out if my instincts are correct and we are having another boy.

My hips are aching soooo bad! Im hoping the hospital can put me onto their physio, because I cant imagine what the pain will be like when bubs gets even bigger. The wait list is long though, my sister got an appointment with them, 4th of July, which is a week before her due date, so she told me to get on it early!!

Hope everyone is traveling well smile.gif

Hi everyone

I am back from two glorious weeks in Hawaii! It was bliss and now back to cold winter weather! It was kind of pointless getting that tan tongue.gif

So our 20 week scan back on May 15 went really well thank goodness. Such a relief to hear that there were no issues with the bub. We did not find out the sex though.

The only small issue is my placenta is slightly low lying. COOKIES we are due date and placenta twinnies!! They said mine was 2mm lower than what is the lower end of where they like it to sit. But apparently based on its current position they are confident it will move up but I too need the scan at 34 weeks just to make sure it has moved.

I may have to have a cesar anyway (due to having had brain surgery 3 years ago. Apparently they don't like you to push as the intracranial pressure may cause a stroke blink.gif ). So while I am disappointed that I may not get to have a natural birth I am ok with having to have a cesar if needed for safety.

Congrats on having a beautiful boy Cookies. That is lovely news. Your boys will be the best of mates wub.gif

I "feel" like we are having a boy. I just have never imagined a girl in there so will be interesting to find out eventually.

I have been feeling well but just this past week the heartburn has been really uncomfortable. I think it's because my tummy has really poppped out and it's squashing everything upwards! Mylanta is not helping! Does anyone have any other good remedies?

Sakorsha I hope your scan went well.

Does anyone else get a serious back spasm whenever you have to lie on the bed at the scan places?! My back and sciata fully flares up whenever I lie on the bed, it must be a funny angle. So strange!

Anyway, hope you and your bubs are all travelling well.

Great to hear that your holidays and your scan were great JW. Hawaii would have been so nice at this time of year.

As for your birth plan, whatever keeps you and bubs safe is the best way to go. At least you know there's that possibility so you have plenty of time to get your head around it all.

And I feel you on the back spasms/sciatica. I had it pretty bad at my scan and often get it when I'm in bed. What fun! It's supposed to ease as the pregnancy progresses though because the baby tends to stop sitting against the nerve as it gets heavier. Here's hoping anyway!

We had our scan on Friday and found our we're having another little girl wub.gif. We've very excited. I was convinced we were having a boy this time so still trying to wrap my head around another daughter! But it's what we ultimately would have loved so we're feeling very blessed. And my Mum is ecstatic. It's only her 2nd granddaughter out of 6 grandchildren. And this will be the last baby on my side of the family.

Other than that, all is going well here. I think DD is slowly starting to get some idea of what I'm talking about when I say I've got a baby in my belly which is lovely.
