Who knows of a place where this would be possible.

your tiny toes, your button nose, your teensy fingers
and your pint-sized giggles.
And yet, you are the biggest miracle of my life

I can only think of some of the big hotels in town that would have lawns for a garden ceremony or churches nearby. Think S@mford, M@rriott, Hilt0n etc. Or you could do things like Cust0ms House, City Hall, Roma St Parklands with several options for accomodation closely availabe in the CBD/South Bank.
Would they be partial to Sunshine Coast? We had ours at the Hy@tt Coolum and also attended a wedding at Twin W@ters which were great. Both I can highly recommend.
Otherwise similar resorts on the Gold Coast - particularly the golf resorts.

marriage places I'm thinking of for reception and ceremony: The Golden Ox, Belvedere Hotel with marriage on the beach, or Sails on Sutton beach options available for the ceremony.
Alternatively, we had mates get married at Mt Tamborine - Gold Coast Hinterland. Plenty of B&Bs. They got married at some gardens that had a water feature (from memory it was a popular spot clearly marked on a map, would be easy enough to find out) Reception not far away in a winery. Sorry details a little sketchy because they actual organised a pickup and dropoff for all those staying up the mountain. Was fantastic because pickup and dropoff was from right in front of B&B. Also wasn't too far for friends and family, that decided they can't or wont stay there, to drive. Many car pooled as well.
