Should we start a list of EDDs and appointments? smile.gif

I'll get it started!

EDD
LJD1 - 8th August

Appointments
LJD1 - 27th December (GP)

As you can see, I'm not going to see my GP until after Christmas, which will put me at being a day off 8 weeks. Unfortunately it was the earliest appointment I could get as my Dr only works 2 days a week and I'd really like her to be my first port of call, not just any "random" at the practice!! I do have a "back door" way of trying to see her earlier (DH can email my Dr's hubby who runs the practice!). What do you ladies think? Is 8 weeks too late to "get the ball rolling" with booking scans and OB appointments etc?

AFM - My symptoms seem to still be as follows:-
- Regularly waking at 4am and finding it very difficult to get back to sleep, if at all
- Being more tired than usual, but that may have something to do with ^
- Occasional nausea, but it's more a disinterest in food, but I know I have to eat, so am working hard to have lots of fresh fruits, vegies, protein and wholegrains while I can still eat!
- Absolutely NO interest in chocolate!
- An addiction to POAS as I love seeing the two lines! laugh.gif
- Loving the moments when I remember there is a little being starting to grow inside me and get overwhelmed by the excitement of it all!! wub.gif

I'm so excited to see 5 of us already! YAY!!

I think 8 weeks will be ok to book in, it really depends on the Obs! Shame you can't get an appointment earlier.

I will have some blood tests near end of week and book in with Obs next week.

Symptoms:

- Very tired! I slept til 10am on Sunday...
- Sore boobs
- Feeling off
- Very thirsty
- Weeing!
- Dreams

EDD
LJD1 - 8th August
Little Leo - 17th August

Hi ladies!

I'm another August mummy-to-be, due early August with my Baby Leo. Not sure my exact EDD, my first obs appointment is early January so he will do a dating scan then. I think it's between 5th-10th August.

This is Baby #2 for me. Can't wait to share this very exciting journey with you all!

*ETA*
Whoops, Little Leo I didn't mean to choose a username so close to yours! Leo is the boys name we chose an eon ago, it's a funny coincidence he/she is going to be born a Leo too! I'm taking it as a sign this baby is a blue one.

LJ, I don't think 8 weeks is too late, I'm not seeing my obs until 9 weeks. It was the earliest I could get in with the Christmas-New Year break. If you're going private I would book in with your obs now though as you don't need to take your GP's referral until your first appointment.

EDD
Leo - 7th August (according to GP but not sure this is correct).
LJD1 - 8th August
Little Leo - 17th August

Appointments
LJD1 - 27th December (GP
Leo - 5th January (Obs)

Welcome to the new members wub.gif

Leo and Little Leo - I can't wait until you both reveal, I'm sure I'll get you confused soon, what with pregnancy brain and all ph34r.gif laugh.gif

Leo - glad to see another pregnant with #2 biggrin.gif

How is everyone going?

M/s for me is still lurking in the background, I'm feeling very over-full after not much food at all - but at least for now it's staying down! I'm so very tired still in the afternoons and evenings. My boobs are pretty tender, especially the nipples (TMI??) Which isn't helped by my DD, who I'm bfing. I think she knows something is happening, as she's a bit more clingier to them then usual. Other than that, we're just busy with December festivities!

I probably should organise myself a ticker happy.gif

EDD
Hummingbird - 1st August
La Coccinelle - 4th August (I think it will be later than this, but this EDD is based on my LMP)
Leo - 7th August (according to GP but not sure this is correct).

Little Leo - 17th August

Appointments
Hummingbird - 15th December (7 week US)
LJD1 - 27th December (GP

Thanks Little Leo & thanks and welcome Leo! My concern is the fact that I don't actually have an Obs yet as this is my first bub. I will be going private though, but I'd prefer to go with someone that is recommended and as we aren't telling family anytime soon, I can't ask my SIL who her Obs was! So am hoping my GP will be able to put me onto someone. I'm sure it will be fine!

I had my first real "mumma bear" moment today where I had a student having a meltdown and all I could think of was "Don't hurt my baby!". I don't think I have ever wanted school holidays to come as quickly as I do now! 11 more school days and counting!!

Hope everyone is travelling well and getting lots of rest!

Morning Girls!

Been a busy morning with my DS's Kindy Christmas concert and party. I am so tired now! Wish I could have a nap! No chance though. We have a very busy weekend planned with Wiggles tomorrow, White Christmas at Movieworld Saturday night and my work's kids Christmas on Sunday.

Wish I could get some time to do some Christmas cooking, but not looking likely!

To add to the mix is DS's birthday in the coming weeks and we are buying another house. Bit much on our plates hey?

La Coccinelle - I'm hearing you on the sore boobs front! I have been quite uncomfortable!! You are wish me on the too busy at Christmas bandwagon! Maybe we can rest from Boxing Day??

LJDI - could you make up a story to find out who your SIL saw? Like "a girl at work is pregnant and I said you were happy with your Ob..what was his name again?"

EDD
Hummingbird - 1st August
La Coccinelle - 4th August (I think it will be later than this, but this EDD is based on my LMP)
Leo - 7th August (according to GP but not sure this is correct).
LJD1 - 8th August
Little Leo - 17th August

Appointments
Hummingbird - 15th December (7 week US)
Little Leo - 15th December (GP)
Little Leo - 22nd December (Midwife/Booking in appointment with Ob)
LJD1 - 27th December (GP)
Leo - 5th January (Obs)
La Coccinelle - 19th January; Midwife appointment.
