Hi and welcome to the forum biggrin.gif

There are quite a few canberra girls here (try the wedding twins section wink.gif )

We used this guy and he was fantastic wub.gif

We got heaps of shots on disk, an extra person during the ceremony and he was just a really fun person to work with who made us relaxed.

One of the things we really appreciated was the suggestion for the boys to bring an esky of drinks and snacks. For the first 10 mins of our photos after the ceremony we sat down with the bridal party and just downloaded from all the hype whilst he hid in the bushes taking photos laugh.gif

His prices were very reasonable and I haven't heard a bad review from any of the other girls who have had him capture their day either. He was fully booked for my sister's wedding date though sad.gif

Dan O'Day is awesome. I am a professional photographer (Sydney based), and can attest that in an industry awash with much mediocrity, Dan is one of the best. If you can't get him, try Christine Pobke or David Roberton. They are both pretty amazing. All have a candid, photojournalistic style. If you want more formal, posed photography, I can't really help you as I don't really pay much attention to such photographers. Maybe Fusion, though they can be pricey.
