Good Luck ~*Bud*~ I hope you can get some answers tomorrow, not know what was going on was always one of the harder things for me.

tess88 - Hopefully the headaches don't last much longer, it must be hard feeling so bad but having to look after a little one but I guess the symptoms are a remind of the happy truth in your tummy.

ChristalLovesDean - I hope your still going ok.

Apart from pimple outbreaks I'm feeling so normal that I've been testing ever few days just to try and convince myself that it's true (but it's not helping). Hopefully after Friday I might be able to come to terms with it a little bit more.

Hopefully everything is alright Bud!

K13 I am trying to stay positive and tell myself I am almost six weeks so hopefully another six to eight weeks and morning sickness should calm down or stop. Easier in theory though!

I have so much sewing to do though. I have a custom order for a customer, some cargo shorts that I might need to send to the US. Make some dresses and skirts for a shop(have two weeks to do this). I have no idea how I am going to get the energy and time for all of this. The last few days morning sickness has eased a little in the afternoon so my hope is to use that time.

I just posted in your reveal thread, but I'm so glad everything went well for you today.

I was just wondering today whether anyone else here was still B/Fing, I'm still feeding Kate 3 times a day. Good Luck with Cameron's sleeping I'm starting to get worried about what to do with Kate, tandom feed, force wean (which I'd rather not) or wait and see if she weans herself over the next 7mths.

ChristalLovesDean, tess88 - hope the horrible sick/tired feeling eases soon.

Thank you hun.

I think for me that tandem-feeding would be such a demand on my body and difficult given my history with postnatal mental illness (i.e. don't need any added stress, you know!) but I have seen plenty of women do it and I really wish I could.

Cameron is pretty much down to one feed (night feed) a day. Unless I'm at home during his one sleep of the day and he asks for it, or if he gets hurt/overwhelmed and he'll have little boobah-snacks.

I was hoping to just slowly cut down the length of time he fed at night (which I was doing alright with until he started getting his eye teeth) but my body is making the decision for me and I have very little milk and it HURTS!

I'm finding it super hard emotionally, he is so reliant on nourishment from me for his comfort and sleep association and really I'm so used to it too after 19.5 months!

It was a hard night last night and it no doubt will be for a couple of weeks at least. Coupled with normal pregnancy symptoms and I don't know how I'll go but my hubby is very supportive.

I agree fast froward the next couple of weeks. I feel so terrible because I can't cook most strong smelling food(meat). So my poor son is getting meals like those latina pasta with microwave sauce. Might see if MIL can drop a proper meal around sometime this week. If I had my way I would just eat kfc or red rooster chips everyday. I don't try to eat them to much because I don't want Oliver thinking they are okay to eat all the time.

I have to go to Spotlight with my sister this week. I need to help her choose material for he jnr bridesmaids dresses. Only problem is she needs to go in the mornings before she starts work. Morning is when my sickness feels worse at the moment.

I am unable to help with the breast feeding. I didn't breast feed, Oliver was FF.

Hi everyone *waves* Mind if I join you? Some what regular member going anon until the NT scan biggrin.gif

I took a digital pregnancy test today and it said I'm 3-4 weeks pregnant wub.gif

Totally shocked, but thrilled to be here again wub.gif

At this stage my EDD is April 22nd, but I think I might have O'd later than I thought, as I thought AF was due Monday, but according to the pregnancy test that's not true.

Due Dates
30th March - Racheous
31st March - K13
10th April - ChristalLovesDean
11th April - tess88
22nd Aprul - Bubba_Two (anon)

K13 I'm still breastfeeding. My bub is down to only 1 feed a day (first thing of a morning) but I think it's just a comfort thing. I'm happy to keep offering until he no longer wants it. I doubt he'll continue for the next 9 months, so no tandem feeding here I don't think.

It's so weird being at the back of the month!! Last time I was right at the front tongue.gif

Anyway, enough waffle!! Just wanted to come in and say hi wub.gif

Afternoon ladies,

I hope you don't mind if I join you!

I have been lurking on here, but haven't posted for a long time.

I calculate my EDD as 20 April, but have been too scared to go get tests or book into the Dr yet in case I jinx myself.

I was also an April 09 Mummy, but sadly I didn't get to continue that journey.

I was then a August 09 Mummy and I have a gorgeous 2 year old girl.

I miscarried at 7 weeks in May 2011, so am walking on eggshells with this pregnancy.

Hubby and I still haven't told anyone, and I think I will go home tonight, do a home pregnancy test (again) and book into GP and make me ob appointment tomorrow...

Keep your fingers crossed for me ladies!

CONGRATULATIONS all you lovely ladies and I am sending good vibes your way! I hope all our journeys continue together and I look forward to sharing it with you all!

Due Dates
30th March - Racheous
31st March - K13
10th April - ChristalLovesDean
11th April - tess88
20th April - Maybride
22nd April - Bubba_Two (anon)

Hi Bubba_Two & Maybride!

Sending lots of sticky vibes to you both!

Well I have hit the six week mark today(finally half way through the first trimester). I also had to take zofran today(only 4mg, next script goes up to 8mg). Sure enough each day my morning sickness has been a little stronger and then today the vomiting started! I am still trying to stay positive and remember it wont last forever!

Funnily enough though after vomiting my headache eased off for a little bit. Its back now. I am trying to convince hubby to go and get a bacon deluxe from Hungry Jacks but haven't convinced him yet.

K13 how long until you have you scan?

ChristalLovesDean are you still getting sick?

My boy is between 12-16 months tongue.gif No we don't know each other.

The only person who *might* know me (if she has her thinking cap on, and it's a long shot laugh.gif ) is Rach.

Welcome to May_Bride wub.gif

I had forgotten how nerve wracking and totally scary pregnancy can be unsure.gif

I'm pooping my pants that something will go wrong. Constantly worrying when I go to the toilet, every twinge I'm worrying about.

Which is silly, I know. It's up to God/the universe whatever, I really have no control. (which is maybe why I'm struggling? The whole 'have no control' feeling) But typical worrier I am I can't stop with the 'what ifs'.

It took us about 6 cycles to fall with our son, and now (after not even actively TTC) we are pregnant again. Surely it can't be that easy? Have I been 'good' enough to deserve another baby? If I be the best Mum I can be to my son, does that mean I get to have another baby?

Sorry, waffling, but I tried to talk to Hubby about these feelings last night and he just doesn't get it.

Question: Is anyone (I think K13?) taking asprin?
We have no history of miscarrying (well my Mum did but no me personally) but I feel I need to do 'something' to try and help this pregnancy? Would a GP say yes to a low dose asprin if you have no history of miscarriage?
