Hey I was just wondering what age would be appropriate to give a child the V8 vege or tropical juice. My DS doesn't eat any veges so I was thinking of trying this. Does anyone else use it for their child? My DS is 2 next week.
TIA.

Hi Carrie,

I think i might be high in sodium.

Might just pay to have a look at the bottle before buying it.

I love the stuff.

I have just started giving Cate a juice box of V8 juice about once a fortnight. She is almost 3.5. I thought it would be a way of getting a bit more fruit/veg into her as she is not great about eating those.

She loves it.

Hamish and I used to have them all the time, he would have been just over 2 at the time. Similar line of thinking as you. I stopped because they have quite a lot of vitamin A in them which is not good when pregnant and as we were TTC it seemed sensible not to have to much, and well if I cannot eat something the house generally doesnt eat/drink it either.
