Me (in car this morning on the way to daycare drop off): Alex, it's Halloween dress up day at kindy tomorrow, what do you want to dress us as?
Alex: A fairy
Me: Oh, a fairy. OK. Don't you want to go as superman or something?
Alex: No, a fairy. A red fairy with pink hair.

OK

Oh that is brilliant!!!

My close friend runs dance classes for kids and as she was blessed with two boys the eldest (2.5) joins in too - he just has green fairy/butterfly wings instead of pink wink.gif

Oh, this is off topic, but my notifications are working again now! Yay!

Yes, I am torn between letting him do what he wants, and just making him wear something else. I honestly don't care about the boy fairy thing (I used to teach jazz/classical/highland/modern dance so am OK with it all, but gee...)

OK, Honestly? I am a bit sure that I will spend all night making a red tulle skirt and tomorrow morning he won't wear it.

When I told his carer what he said at drop off, she said to me that William (Alex's 'BFF' at daycare) also said he wanted to go as a fairy........ oh dear! I hope their fairy colours complement and do not clash! CUTE!

Maybe they are trying to impress the girls tongue.gif biggrin.gif wink.gif

I dressed D up as a littel girl a few weeks ago! His poor Daddy nearly had a heart attack!
