I ordered a reading and it never arrived sad.gif I emailed Ruby when it was a couple of days late, she said she miscalculated and that I would have it Tuesday by the latest and it still hasn't arrived. Have emailed again letting her know she came off reccommendations and am dissappointed my reading has never been received. Hope everyone else has better luck!

ETA - update, finallly got my reading after saying I was going to contact paypal for a refund, funny that! Apparently 3 more children for me, 2 girls then a boy born, so we shall see I guess!

I had the same problem Melanie. The website said 3-4 weeks and when it was close to 5, I emailed and asked where it was, she said 2 more days. I think it took about another 4 before I actually got it so almost 6 weeks from the time I order to the time I received it. Not very good service at all really....

That sucks Melanie and Marissa. I paid the extra $20 after 2 weeks to get mine sooner, and it arrived within a day.

I am another one who hasn't had a positive experience getting a reading from this person.

She was all over me to pay more for a quicker reading but I was happy to wait the 4 weeks. The 4 weeks was up and then so was another week and then another week, I too sent an email saying I want my money back and got my reading within 12 hours.

hmmmm.. I was interested in contacting this lady to have a reading done. But with what I have read, I'm not sure I want to now. sad.gif I was all set to do it.

It doesn't seem like very good service and to me looks like she is really aiming to get people to pay more money for the reading to be delivered, but if your happy to wait stuffs you around till you request a refund.. VERY disappointing...

I'm sorry to those who haven't had a very good reading.

Mel, will be interesting to see if she's right.. smile.gif

I also paid the extra $20 to get my reading quicker and I've had nothing but a positive experience with her. The reading was incredibly accurate about certain things and she even answered a few extra questions for free. I think she just has poor time management skills.

I received another email from her now saying that she hadn't explained her system of 4 weeks properly and it is four weeks from payment received...hmmm well mine was still nearly 5 weeks from payment so don't see how that works! So she has gone from saying she was late because she was sick to saying I got the calculations wrong.

Anyway glad some people had a positive experience, apparently my next bfp is Aug/Sep this year with a girl, so may not have long to find out!

Melanie I got a couple of emails this morning stating the same thing about being 4 weeks from payment. I still had to chase her several times and waited about 6 weeks from the time I paid.

Having said all of that negative stuff, I did get a reading and she reckons Aug is my month this year for a girl and then a boy April 2012

I sent my questions to her 2 weeks ago, so it'll be interesting to see if she responds within the 4 week time frame. She did ask for another $20 for a fast response, but I've chosen to wait. Fingers crossed I don;t have any problems with her.

I got a TTC reading from Brooke who was recommended from Brenno in another thread. She has a time frame of 7-10 days and I got my response in 8 days.

For anyone who is interested her website is http://brooke777.angelfire.com/
