Afternoon everyone smile.gif

I am having real problems finding a hairdresser in Launceston to do my wedding hair for myself and my MOH in March 2010.....It seems none of them have websites and I am usually on the phone all day at work so makes it hard to call them during normal hours (even then if I leave voicemail messages I'm not get callbacks! mad.gif )

I would love to hear where some Tassie girls have had their hair done, if anyone has any recommendations please please please let me know, it would be a huge help! smile.gif

TIA!

It is hard when here in Tas most dont have websites, so you have to actually go to one and have a trial.

Unfortunately Living in a small area 2hours away from burnie, I have only one choice, Which is the Hairdressers where I live. Now, I love these girls, But I did have my Hair done for my Leavers Dinner all those years ago, and I actually hated it! So it was Dissappointing! Not to mention being in a wedding (Bridemaid) a year later. They never really understood what i wanted... My sisters hair turned out Great (we are twins) and my hair just looked awfull... her hair was a little longer and her curls just looked better.

Ah well... Good luck Hun... All you can really do is have trials untill you pick the one you like... But i guess that would suck.

I had exactly the same issue...
Except it made it worse because our wedding is a Sunday of a long weekend, so nobody is open at all!

Stephen Roney, Lush Hair at Seaport, Revelation Hair Skin Nails and Bladerunner are all great.

Have you tried some mobile hair and make-up artists also??

Wow! Thankyou girls! You've all given me quite a few places to check out, I wasn't expecting there to be many around, so thankyou so so much! smile.gif

Now, to book another visit down there and start organising trials! smile.gif
