Its 3 months before my big day and I am yet to book a florist!
Unfortunately florists in Hobart, Tasmania, seem to be struggling to get back to potential clients with quotes which is causing me some stress because I would just like to get it organised! I'm a little worried that if a florist is too disorganised to arrange a quote, do I really trust them to arrange my wedding flowers?
So any advice would be much appreciated!!!!

Mine was on the NW Coast so probably not much help to you! laugh.gif There are quite a few tassie girls here so someone should be able to point you in the right direction! Good luck!!

Can't recommend anyone as I am in WA, but I understand your apprehension to book someone that struggles with a quote. I have asked 3 florists for quotes, and only 1 got back to me within a week. I called one 2 weeks after our appointment, and she told me all she was worried about was the Florat Art Show!!! I was gob smacked and decided I would take my money elsewhere as she obviously didn't want it.

I used Gay Flowers in Sandy Bay, they were fantastic. They did a perfect seemless job from quote through to wedding day. Can't fault their service at all. I went in for an appointment for the quote so I could go through exactly what I wanted, and I was happy with the price and service.

I ended up using a friend of my Mum's who did flowers from home, but have lost contact with her.

My friend is using Fl0ra G0ndwana for her wedding next month and so far I don't think she has had any issues with them. I do know getting quotes from various places was like pullng teeth though - none of them seemed to have any sense of urgency rolleyes.gif
