4 lamb shanks - (french trimmed)
vegies - i usually add, carrot, zucchini, mushrooms, capsicums, onion and heaps of garlic
1 cup wine
2tsp of vegeta stock mixed with 2 cups boiling water.

add all together, stir and enjoy the rest of the bottle of wine... ph34r.gif I usually leave this one for about 8 hrs, but thats just cause i put it on before i go to work adn its ready when i get home.

Suzie is this in the slow cooker? (it must be because you love your slow cooker hey!?!) OMG I am salivating at the thought of lamb shanks.....

That sounds yummy Suzie. I love shanks, but find that i have to cook a lot to feed the tribe so substitute lamb neck or chump chops (when they aren't $22 per kg blink.gif )
