biggrin.gif Hi ladies and gentelmen(if any are around),

I am hoping that someone can help me on how long do I cook 2 lamb shanks for and should I braise them first and on what Temp (low/med or high).

I am craving them and I just brought 2 from the butchers I know it too late today to cook them but would love to have them for dinner tomorrow night. I looooove lamb shanks but have been to chicken to ever cook them myself.

Thanks

Simone.

When I do lamb shanks in the slow cooker I normally put them on for about 7-8 hours on low heat. They always cook really well that way.

As for sauce, I usually use the Garlic and Herb flavour sachet but otherwise if I don't have that, I just use stock and crushed a tin of crushed tomatoes.
