my all time favourite and by far the easiest...

1 kg chuck steak
1 tbs vegetta
3 gloves garlic (crushed)
1/2 to 3/4 bottle of red wine

put it in, mix together and leave for 7/8 hours.

enjoy with some tagliatelle pasta and the rest of the bottle of red. (plus another)

Excuse my ignorance since I rarely cook but what's Vegetta?

This recipe looks good Suzie, maybe even I could do it! biggrin.gif

It comes in a blue container near the stock powder.

Jet - he should be fine becuase it hasnt got a 'winey' taste if that makes sense. just very very tender. now that pregnant, i was worried i couldnt have this one, but DR reassures me that in 8 hrs there'll be no alcohol left.
