Ruby would be my next fav after Lily! and we know twins that have just been born named Ruby and Violet smile.gif

I think two colour names together is really cute, but three, people might think is a bit much and laugh at us! I dunno unsure.gif

We'd have to chuck a Teal and Indigo in for good measure wink.gif

Twins I know:
Remy and Jai
Remy and Mackenzie
Ruby and Lily

I think Max and Ruby look and sound great together but perhaps that's because there is a children's book series with characters of the same names!!

Definately not Jody & Cody or simillar rhyming names. And not a fan of Same letter names like Mitchel and Matthew.

Hey Michelle... Firstly, were we catching up this weekend? I can't remember. This not working thing is messing with my mind. I forget which day it is lol. Its much much worse when Adam is home on hols.

Also, there is a lady in my mothers group and she has twins.
Their names are Julia and Owen. They are just adorable! wub.gif
I tell you, I really admire her. She looks so calm and relaxed .... just amazing!

Hey girl! Heheh not this weekend, you were going to let me know when you're free biggrin.gif Perhaps the weekend after?

I don't know how mothers do it with twins. I don't know how my mother took care of a 7-year-old, a 3-year-old, and newborn twins blink.gif

I watch the show 'Jon & Kate Plus 8' (loves it!), and Jon and Kate have a set of twins, and a set of sextuplets! Whenever they have just one child for the day they think it's bliss laugh.gif

More fave twin names for today:

Girls:
Abigail & Eloise
Sophia & Isobel

Boys:
Caleb & Isaac
Ryan & Beau

If you like Ruby you could go with gems as well - like Ruby & Jade, or Ruby & Amber biggrin.gif

I was just thinking - twins seem to be my hubby's lot in life. He has been with five girls in his time, and three of those five girls (including me) have a twin sister blink.gif Some guys would say my hubby has been very lucky!! rolleyes.gif laugh.gif

I wouldn't have a clue.

But I was watching a TV show the other day, and they had twin girls
Anouk & Aneek

Going too far I think

I would prob. just use a top names list.

Although
I like Taj & Kaelen for a boy twin list.
K&R - 260205
KBW - 031107
MAW - 220310

Both these names are on my list if we have a boy.
I also like them together - eg first name blake, middle name alexander

depends on if you are an identical twin or not - fraternal twins the gene is passed to the female, identical are just a lovely spark of nature.

ummm i would name mine isabelle and lily laugh.gif boys i have no idea

and yes - having one baby is bliss and you constantly search for the other baby like you have lost them - and if you have them front up it's all you know so you can't compare it to parenting singletons smile.gif

I love coming up with possible names for my future children!! My mum had a twin, they were fraternal - what are my chances?! I heard it skips a generation!?! My granma actually had 2 sets of twins! although one bub died a few hours after being born.

Twins I know

Meghan & Kara
Avril & Elise
Dorothy & Jean (that was one of my granma's sets...so this was back in the late 30s!)
Adam & Karl
Samuel & Jacob
mary-kate & ashley laugh.gif

scarlett johansson has a twin, so does ashton kutcher!!

What I would name them...

girls: lily & grace
boys: ryan & jack
mix: luke & lily

LOL I just realised if we had all girls they would be Sage, Ruby & Violet. We should just go for the whole rainbow hey! Actually for that reason alone I would change my mind. I really like colour names though

I love the name Violet, but as we already have a Rose that would be a colour AND a flower double up - too much for me smile.gif

I'd go for

girls - Phoebe & Imogen
boys - Charlie & Oliver
muxed - Phoebe & Oliver

nikalina - it can sometimes 'skip' a generation and with the family history you have i would say there is a strong chance of that occuring.

Scotty's mum had a similar lot ... I think they were 7, 5 (or maybe 4) and then newborn twins blink.gif Given that the two older ones were girls, they probably adored looking after their little brothers and treating them like dolls laugh.gif

Twins are every generation in Scott's family - his mother has twin brothers, then obviously she had the twins ... Does that mean there's a chance we'd have twins if we had bublets? Twins are scattered kinda randomly through my family too ..
