I'm sooo proud of my girl this semester!!!!

She's been struggling a bit at school in the past & last semester her report wasn't as good as what we had hoped so we decided to give her a little bit of an insentive. We told her for every A that she gets on her report she'll get $20 & for every improvement on a grade she would get $10.

It must have worked a treat because comparing semester 2 with semester 1 report, she had no decreases in grades at all, but she did improve in 5 subjects!!! biggrin.gif She's now $50 richer.

Such a proud mum... she did so well wub.gif

I can't believe my big girl is in year 9 and my baby is in year 5!!! The fun begins with high school... OH NO

You're never promised tomorrow... so enjoy today & if you're lucky, you can enjoy tomorrow.

Another proud mumma here too biggrin.gif

DD (year 5) did so well at bringing her marks up, particularly in maths.
DS1 aka the brain's trust (year 3) - did amazingly well too, all marks in the year level above his.
DS2 (year 2) - brilliant! 50% of marks up at the year level above where he is.
DS3 (Prep) - he was so exticed that 6 of his marks were in Grade 1 not in Prep!!

No cash for mine, but there might be something over the weekend to mark the occassion wub.gif

Both Emily and Lachlan have improved out of sight.
They changed schools in August for several reasons but 1 being the old school wasnt doing enough and they were falling behind.
Well this report proves my theory... They are both Fantastic....

I haven't got my kids reports. Usually the school posts them out in January! Hopeless!!
Yesterday is history...Tomorrow is a mystery...Today is a gift - that's why they call it the present...

Well done. I just wanted to boast about one of my clients. She lives with her single mum who has multiple serious health issues, and her disabled brother, and is a Young Carer for both. And she got her HSC results today and got a UAI of 96.7!!!! I am quite proud of her.
