Rh had a weigh in last week too. My monster of a son is 11.4kg and 78cm long. The nurse said 'O he's big! tongue.gif

Kizzy - Glad to hear that you are feeling great again, and can pick up T but shame about the spoiling having to stop laugh.gif

Kizzy, are the results of your op what you expected? Glad you can pick her up now.

Gee Rhodri is very tall! I haven't had Finlay weighed in about 2 months but I think he'd be around 10.5kg by now. I measured him against the wall the other day and he was about 73cm

Love the pics of B & J. We have a lot of hair-challenged November babies, don't we? laugh.gif

What are all of the bubs weighing at the moment?

Aria is just under 9.5kgs. Officially recorded on the pet scales at the Vet clinic last week ph34r.gif

Hair challenged! Ha ha ha. I weighed Amelia in Cairns - so 2.5wks ago and she was 100g off 8kgs, but close enough for me! Yay and still a shorty at 69cm.

Anna - I can't believe how tall R is!

Kizzy - glad to hear the recovery going to plan and you get to pick up T. Are you game enough to show us a pic?

Well I best get started on work. It is a miserable day here, pouring rain and a top of 18 dry.gif we are going through a bit of a regression to, I think A doesn't want to grow up either. Her craddle cap is back in full force and we have thrush (nipple and oral) rolleyes.gif pain in the butt!!

Liz, I'm fairly happy with the results so far. My plastic surgeon said I won't see the final results until six months, when the scar will be fully matured, and all the swelling has gone down. I still have a bit of stretched looking skin around the scar, but he has promised me that it will go away in time. All in all a huge improvement on what I had before, It's great to have a flat tummy again.

Wow, Anna Rhodri is a very tall boy!

I'm off to buy a baby shower present for a girlfriends shower on Saturday. I want to get her something really special, I've know her since I was 7 years old, so I'm trying to come up with something.....

I have a question for you girls up in Queensland. We are taking a holiday just after New Years to the Sunshine Coast, and we are looking at staying at a place in Marcoola, on the beach. I have never heard of it, and not sure which part of the Sunshine Coast it is located in. Have you girls heard of it, and is it a nice spot?

ETA. Claire, we posted at the same time. I will post a pic, I'm just going to wait until 6 weeks until I'm game enough. Sorry to hear about the thrush & cradle cap, what a pain.

Kizzy Marcoola is at the northern end of the SC, between Maroochydore and Coolum (hence the name. Twin waters resort is there, from the few times I've been through there, it seems like a nice area.

Kizzy, I just did a photo shoot in Marcoola. It's close to Buderim (which I love - great views!) and it's very close to the Maroochydore airport. A good shopping Centre is nearby too (Maroochydore)What's the name of the place you'll be staying in? We usually stay in Caloundra, which is about 1/2 hour South from there.

Claire - sounds you're having a rough time - hope things are better soon.

I made the cow party hat - it looks so cute LOL The boys have all requested a boy version now tongue.gif

really well thanks smile.gif bub is doing great! he/she was moving around like nutso - kept flipping positions (just like Jasper.. lol). low risk results and 158bpm. all great!
the photo is here http://www.flickr.co...tos/3003711177/
smile.gif

had my first hospital appoint today - i'm booked in with the birthing centre (as opposed to the labour & delivery unit) - Regan and I will do the tour in 2 weeks, but i've heard there's double beds so Regan can stay overnight, spa baths (so i can attempt a water birth if i feel the need!) and low intervention. i'm pretty happy with that smile.gif

Rach, can't wait to see this cow hat!! you should def make the boys one each too - how cute would the photos be smile.gif

Kizzy, did you manage to get the baby shower pressie for your friend?

i'll get Jasper weighed and measured when we take him for his shots (maybe on sunday)
has anyone else taken their 12 month olds for shots yet?

No not yet but one of the girls in my MG got them recently and they said they get 3 needles, 2 in one leg and they can have a reaction up to 5 days later, which this little girl got. So I don't think they are very nice shots to get for your birthday....

Tracey wub.gif wub.gif wub.gif wub.gif oh look at your little 12 weeker! ph34r.gif JEALOUS! ph34r.gif

Emma & Rach, thanks heaps for the info on Marcoola. I really should have know more about it, I used to work for the Queensland Travel Centre, years ago, but don't remember any resorts or apartments from there, then again, I was never any good as a travel consultant, thus the change in careers ph34r.gif We are looking at staying at the Mantra Sand Dunes, from the pictures it looks beautiful. I'm really looking forward to the holiday, it will be our first as a family of four. We just have to decide now whether we will fly or drive.

Tracey, glad the scan went well, and I love the ultrasound pictures. I think I'm getting pink vibes for you this time around. The birthing centre sounds great, also a plus that Regan can stay. DH was able to stay with me after T was born, I couldn't have done the stay in hospital without him.

I haven't had T's shots done yet, I'm taking her next Thursday.

I did manage to get my girlfriends present, I got a cute little outfit from Pumpkin Patch, couldn't resist, some baby supplies (nappy rash cream, wipes etc) and for her a gift voucher for a post natal massage. Oh and I also chucked in some Lansinoh nipple cream. I remember going through heaps of it with T, so I thought it might be good for her to have on stand by just in case. I ended up going for the practical gifts.

Yay Tracey! What a cutie you have in there tongue.gif So happy everything went well for you.

Kizzy, I've always been happy with the Mantra's resorts - hope you have a wonderful holiday!

One of the boys caught Aria's fingers in the door tonight - ugh! Both got really upset. She was crying when she was crawling..not sure now if she was tired or her fingers hurt. Couldn't see any damage, but doesn't mean there isn't any.

Oh Rach, poor Aria. I hope there hasn't been any serious damage done.

Jaidyn did the same thing to Tiana the other day, only it was a toy that he dropped on her. J was so upset, he ran off into the other room and cried, and poor Tiana was so stunned, like she was trying to figure out why he did that to her.

Rach - I bet he must have been really upset. Poor Aria - hope no damage was done.

I am still in denial that Will is one tomorrow. Just can't believe this time a year ago I was waiting for labour to start.... (and thinking I had another week or two to go). I'm home alone again tonight - just like I was when I went into labour. I'm feeling all emotional.

We are going for a picnic tomorrow - just the three of us. Hope the weather holds out. biggrin.gif
