I don't know...I am pretty big and therefore wouldn't want to risk it. I live in Melbourne and my dress maker has told me of a place called Hickory in Hawthorn that makes corsets tailored to your body shape and size - so I might just try there and see what happens. If anyone else has heard of this place - please let me know.

I also really recommend Intimo for larger sizes - I am now an addict to it!!!
Email me if you want more information - and if you are in Sydney - I can let you know how to go about getting some.

I only ever had about 2-3 bras - all the same style just different colours due to the lack of nice bras in DD and E - in the 3 months since discovering intimo - I have about 10 bras!! and not one of them is horrible - my fiance is loving it!!

Just wait till he sees what I got for the wedding night!

From reading these posts i'm discovering i'm not the only one who cannot find nice big bras. hello it's ladies with the big boobs that mostly need support!!!!! No offence, we all need support but smaller breasts can often get away with it. big bras mean ugly, or really long underwire that sticks in your armpit! any way i forgot my point... oh yeah a girl i know went out and used J0l!e bra, like shaped tape when she got home the tape was over her nipples and it was bloddy painful, we had to scrape it off with our finger nails! so i'm making sure that my dress lets me wear a bra, no way am i sticking stuff near them, especially after dealing with breastfeeding, my gals have suffered enough!
Why don't they make pretty bras in big sizes? mad.gif

I agree I am a 12DD and I went to an inttimo party and got 3 bras and matching undies... I was so excited because they are all great.
Cristelle also make a great bra for DD sizes.
I was a bridesmaid last September for my best friend and we couldn't wear bras with our dresses - which for me spelt disaster! I went to bras & things and bought stickers in a D cup, which the lasy told me would be big enough.
When I stuck them on I looked like I half of my breast had been cut off and the rest spilt out everywhere... it was a disaster! I couldn't wear them so I had to hand loose! Needless to say I was very uncomfortable. Most big busted girls would rather die (I am being dramatic now) than hang loose - let alone at a wedding, as a bridesmaid!
After that disaster I was asked to be my other best friend's bridesmaid in April... and she picked the same dress in another colur AAARRRHHH!! I refused to wear it unless she would let me get a panel put in the back so I can at least wear a strapless bra. So that is what we are doing.
My wedding dress will thank God allow me to wear a bra. I was most pleased. I want to feel comfortable.
I was thinking of getting Hollywood Fashion Tape to hold my strapless bra in place for my friends wedding though.

I know of 3 different types of backless strapless bras, if you want to know the names and website links please email me. two are those plasticy looking ones and the other is stick on.

And I have seen the one in priceline for about $60, though problem is that you can't try it on and they don't refund.

cool.gif As far as Im aware hollywood tape is just for holding your clothes in place. If you want a bra that has no back you can buy this stick on bra from shops like bra'n'things not real expensive. cool.gif
