Is this actually for holding your boobs or just to hold your dress in place? Can you get a tape instead of a bra?

As far as I know it is for holding your clothing in place.... smile.gif

If you need a bra that doesn't have a back or straps. Basically just the cups. try the new Nude Bra. I have seen it in a lingere shop for $150, but about 3 shops down was priceline and they had the same thing for about $50. I am getting on for my big day.
Sorry for any typos, I have a dislocated shoulder nerve.

Oh, and from I've seen, the nude bra (if it's the same one as the one on TV) cup sizes are only A, B and C so bad luck if you're anything else! smile.gif

Oh what a shame the Nude Bra only goes up to a C. ohmy.gif

I saw the ad for that not long ago and thought this is a great invention. biggrin.gif

Dazzle, you can buy a special tape so you can just tape yourself up. I'm not sure what it's called sorry, but i'm pretty sure i haev seen it at the Br@s & th!ngs stores before, if you asked there i'm sure they could help you out. My cousin used it years ago for our yr 10 formal. Only thing she found is that, she is very hefty in the boob department and found that she was a bit self concious cause she didn't feel there was enough support from it. If you could get hold of it though, you could do a trial before your big day just to see if you will be comfy in it.

Hmm - on the subject on that nude bra. Has anyone actually tried it?? Not that I want one (being a DD cup eliminates me from that anyways), but I am a bit sceptical about how a couple of bits of sticky stuff can actually hold up ones breasts. Would be interested to find out.

I saw on Today Tonight ages ago these things call Bust Free Breast Cups. Apparently they just suction onto your boobs and they're only like $15 or something.
They were supposed to be in stores ages ago but the lady was so busy with mail orders and stuff. There was a good write up on it too. Email me if you want the details. I'm thinking of getting some because my dress has a corset back and I can't wear a bra or anything.....

Wouldn't it be nice to think they could make a nude bra to fit D, DD and above. But then again it would be nice to have somo of the really pretty bras in that size too, guess I'm dreaming. Well until I slice it all off anyway, hehe.

Just with the little cups you can buy, my BMs got these as they had backless dresses and they were useless! We ended up using duct tape. Much more support!

I get really nice lacey ones, it's a brand called Fayreform (or soemthing v.similar). They're mostly about the bigger boobs lookin' pretty without sacrificing support.. smile.gif

Also, for my sisters wedding, I couldn't wear a bra under my dress, and being a C/D cup at that stage, I needed something!! So, I used surgical tape (with a cotton ball over the pokey bits.. wink.gif) Was great, and wasn't too hard to take off (under the shower).

I once used one of those "stick on bras" that you can buy in Oh La La and those sorts of places. Unfortunately my C/D boobs proved to be a little too demanding on the sticky and it was bloody uncomfortable. Not to mention that because they are like big bandaids, when I took them off I got a red rash from the sticky bits! I'm in pain just remembering it! I guess my point is, I think they might work better for smaller ladies.

Yeah, but I found when I was younger, I was able to go braless with no problem! And they stayed in the right spot! rolleyes.gif
