Hi Ladies,

(this has probably been mentioned in a previous post, but just incase...)

I stumbled across THE BEST shop in Sydney, for plus size ladies.

*details remove*

The shop has a huge range of lovely dresses from 16 - 32, and they are all stunning dresses!
After trying on hideous plus sized tent looking wedding dresses with no shape, I went to Curvaceous bridal and felt like a princess. The ladies at the store are absolutely wonderful and gave me lots of suggestions and the dresses are all reasonably priced, considering most are from America.

If you are looking for a plus sized dress and live in Sydney... check out the store, you wont be disappointed.
(Sorry if this seems like an advertisement, but i cant help but rave about how awesome the shop and staff are)

Please PM for details - I-DO ADMIN

Just so the OP doesn't get accused of advertising, I thought I'd post to say I've been to this place and I agree, it's a top bridal store for more curvy gals. I live over the street from it, so it's been nice and convenient for me to call in for inspiration in my wedding planning!

My sister is my MOH, and is a size 20. After going to a few shops, she was really upset about feeling awul in anything she tried on...She then went to the above mentioned shop, and says they were FANTASTIC! She found 3 dresses that made her look and feel beautiful...

Hi C&A

Not a problem, i paid $2000.00 for my dress, but there is a lot of detail on the dress, lace n' pearls and a long train. The dress is also has to be shipped from America.

The dresses range from around a few hundred to a few thousand. I love the shop lol.

I noticed they've got a good website as well with galleries, so maybe check that out before you head in.

I can't wait to go and have a look. I only live a few suburbs away, so should be good. I emailed the owner and she said she'd rather it if I made an appointment.

I didn't buy my dress there, but we went there a few weeks ago to buy my sister her bridesmaids dress. She is a size 22, and the dress suited her perfectly. Their dresses are reasonably priced, have a great range, and they definately suit the fuller figure. My sister was so stressed after vsiting normal bridesmaids shops, and now feels relaxed and confident she'll look great on the wedding day.

And the women who work there are just fantastic!!!
