I thought we all needed some place to write a letter to our naughty pets *cough* pugs *cough* or just silly things our little ones do...

So I shall start

Dear Joey,

The teddy bear was quiet happy on the other side of the bedroom. You did not need to bring the teddy bear to the door next to where I am laying on he floor watching tv.

Also the teddy bear is not your sex toy. I now know why there is a hole in the bottom of my big teddy bear and stuffing is poking out. Turning around to watch me while you have "fun time" with the teddy bear is just strange.

Now get out of the corner and stop acting so embaressed that daddy and I caught you and have been laughing like crazy people.

Love your mummy who still cant stop laughing because of the look on your face when you were caught out.

great idea..

Dear billy,
Mummy and Daddy dont mind letting you in of a night while it is stormy because we know you are scared but please for teh love of god can u not growl and bark when you see a cat across the road.
This wakes up mummy(not daddy)and normally also your little brother Jack and that makes mummy and Jack mad and in turn we make daddy mad cause we are tired and cranky

Thanks honey

Love mummy

Hmmph. Are you suggesting my 2 need an entire THREAD devoted to them?!?!?!?!?!?!

GREAT IDEA! I will be sure to come in with my next Sumo the naughty pug tale.

Thankfully humping teddybears has not made it to his list of misdemeanors, yet wink.gif

Dear Charlie my naughty Lab,

When I sneak off to have a quick shower before the movie starts & leave hubby in charge of you, don't think it is ok to open a brand new pack of playing cards & chew up every single card.... that is naughty & that is why you are now sitting outside steaming up our back sliding glass begging to come back in...

Your loving but frustrated owner

Dear Lily,

I know you love me very much. You are my not-so-little shadow and want to be with me every second of the day. It would be nice, however, if Mummy could pee in private once, without you scratching at or snorting under the door.

Love, Mummy xxx

hehe too good...

Dear wiggy,

I know you are the princess of the house, but mummy and daddy are starting to find it a little irritating that whenever you want to be let in or out the side door you jingle your bell and let out a belly "MEOW"... We heard you the first time..

We also think that "Mr Froggy" wants to be left alone in the back garden with all of his froggy friends.. He doesn't like the thought of coming into our home anymore than mummy and daddy do when we wake up during the night to find you playing catchy with him..! Leave him in peace.. And sticking up for the bunny next door is not guarenteeing you your own pet bunny.. you two are enough for us to handle.. smile.gif

Dear Euro,

My love, my furry soul mate.. what can I say..? Is there any living breathing moment that you could possibly not be stuck to my left leg.? To pee, to sleep, to cook, to lounge.. you are there.. Now.. onto the important stuff.. BEDTIME..!! You know that daddy snores alot and steals alot of doonah, but that doesnt mean that you can too... Yes I think you are all cute rolled up like that and sleeping with mummy, but please... a bit of doonah for mummy makes everyone a happy day the next day when she has had sleep..

Love to both of my furbabies.. he

Sounds like Sumo would eat his teddy rather than hump it. tongue.gif tongue.gif

Dear Miss Cody,

Why is it you have to find your little ball of paper & be flying around the house playing fetch with it at 3am? Mummy didn't appreciate your loud meow in my ear to wake me to come & play games with you.

Your loving but tired Mum. xxx

Dear Shelbs,

Quit the whining incessantly. Yes we know you are there & trying to demand attention but whining constantly is not going to do you any favours. Dad was ready to throttle you last night. Give it up already.

Losing patience Mum. xxx

Dear Tully,

You will learn to drink plain water. You do not have to have milk 24/7 and I have been watering your milk down anyways without you noticing.
Its hot today darling (for the first time since you came to live with us) and you have to drink whether you like it or not.

Oh and just wait... mummy has a surprise for a bit later today.... a BATH you stinky lil poo bum.

Oh and while I am at it you have the bladder the size Sydney Harbour and I have never seen so much piddle come out of something so small (all over my clean floors)

Love your mummy.

P.S. my toes are not a chew toy baby but I am happy that you are starting to get your teeth.

Dear Cherie,
Mummy loves you, but tennis balls left in the hallway in the dark are a trip hazard that I "fall" for nearly every time, and duck poo is not the perfume of the gods. Please stop rolling in it and then napping on the shagpile covered in the stuff. Uncool.

Dear Poppy,
You are adorable and I love spending time with you, but toilet time is alone time. Please stop crying and pushing the door open when I'm on the can. I promise I'm coming back for you soon! Also, for the millionth time, doorstops are not a gourmet item!

Much love my furkids tongue.gif

Sad but true wink.gif

And the latest Sumo post...

Sumo darling. Mummy is not a surf board. Let's get that straight at the outset!

I KNOW you adore having a bath. The fact that you come thundering down the hallway anytime you hear the bath water running is testament to that. In fact, knowing how much you love a bathies, Dadda got you and your brother up nice and early to have a wash this morning.

So. Why, when you heard the bath running early this afternoon, did you feel the need to again come thundering down to the bathroom expectantly? You were still damp from your own bath!

Mummy finds it quite disturbing the way you sit there, on the bathmat, staring at me while I am trying to bathe. It's a little alarming. That and the fact it distracts Mummy - and believe me, after not attending to my legs for several weeks, they needed all the attention they could get ohmy.gif

So. Sumo. Realise this. Mummy only uses the bath when she needs to shave her legs. This does (particularly now) sometimes require assistance, but that assistance is not required from you. Dadda's assistance, yes. The assistance of a rotary back hoe? Maybe. Assistance from a bug-eyed bath-crazy pug? No.

So - back to my opening point. Mummy is not a surfboard. This means that when Mummy has finally finished with the razor, and her legs are reasonably smooth, is not the time to try and lightly 'spring' into the bath with her. Firstly you are way too rotund to spring, and secondarily there is only room for Mummy in the tub, and I don't like being used as a surfboard!!
