We think that the "I-DO Wedding Reporters" is such a great idea that we'd really like to help you set this all up and even get some video reporters out there.
If you're familiar with the tools required, setting up a video report, will in many ways be easier than setting up a text and photo report.
The video's can be "real video" taken with a video camera, and edited down to 3-5minutes of highlights or a video slideshow which can be produced with photos and a voiceover.
There are 2 great free tools available from Microsoft which will really help you all produce some great looking material in a very short time .. once you've played around with these, you'll see that you can produce a great result in no time at all.

Windows Movie Maker [ FREE DOWNLOAD FROM MICROSOFT ]
For creating nice animated slideshows with music or voiceover ...
Photo Story [ FREE DOWNLOAD FROM MICROSOFT ]
Your videos and slideshows should be exported using the following settings ... if you don't understand any of these, then most of the software programs out there will have a setting for outputing your file for use on the internet via DSL Cable modem etc .. this is the option to use.
Format - MPG or MOV
Size - 320 x 240 pixels
Bitrate - up to 300kbps
Frames - 25 per second
