I really struggled with choosing my flowers - I just couldnt get it together! However 2 weeks before the wedding I sorted out what I wanted and I loved them - exactly what I wanted - a mix of Cymbidium and Phalaenopsis orchids.

Gosh girls - it's amazing how common florists don't do what we ask!
My bouquet wasn't really much like what I had asked for.... this is the picture I gave to my florist and said "i want exactly this, but replace some of the greenery with some natives eg dollargum etc"

IPB Image

and this was my bouquet (sorry, can't find a close up on my work computer). I still likes it, but not as much as the one I had chosen...

Here are my flowers. I had students at the local tafe do mine, and I just sent pictures of colours and flowers that I thought I liked, and they made these. I absolutely loved them!!! Roses, freesias, and something else (I don't remmber), as well as the silver greenery things... not sure what they are called eiether. I'm very uneducated in flowers. My bridesmaids had the same things. Just smaller

Here's a close up of mine. They were actually quite heavy, but I LOVED them:

My BM's flowers, which I adored. The colours were EXACTLY what I wanted and matched their dresses perfectly:

My bouquet wasnt supposed to be as structured and 'neat' but i loved it nonetheless. I had champagne roses and alstromerias, and he fg's and bm's had champagne lissianthas, deep red (black magic i think their name was) roses, and alsto's.
