Just thought I would share this site that I just found that talks about expected weeks of unsettledness and settledness in babies. I was given a photocopied chart of the first 52 weeks of babies life by my ECN and it has proved useful to refer to when I think Josh may be going through a bit of an unsettled time.

Anyway, I haven't been able to find anything like it online, until I saw this website tonight. This is the closest thing to the sheet I got that I have found online and thought I would share, as it seems many of us have been talking about different periods in our bubs development where they may be unsettled, and then happier again, and this may help to explain it!

HTH!

Wonder weeks
----------------------

After a bit more scouting around the Internet I just found this visual version of the wonder weeks thing I posted about just a little while ago. This is pretty much the same as the photocopy I was given at my early childhood clinic.

I actually have it stuck up on my fridge and whenever I think Josh is having a bit of a clingier or fussier time I check the chart and see if it is around any of these stormy periods. Obviously it isn't an exact science, but I do know quite a few mums who have said their children went exactly to the chart. I wouldn't say Josh has been exact to the chart but it has definitely explained his behaviour at certain times of his growth and has given me an extra bit of patience in dealing with him!! smile.gif
