Hi all

this was mentioned a week or so back in the pregnancy forum, toward the end of this thread

I for one think that it would be a good idea to have another forum just below the pregnancy one with 'Pregnancy Twins' or something along those lines to move all the '[month] mummies' threads out of the pregnancy forum which seems to have become very crowded.

If you agree, or have another other suggestions, please post here so that we can draw some of Tim's attention to this

Agreed. Have been thinking this for ages. It worked with Wedding Twins, so why not with Preggos & Babies too.

Yep, i agree! It will mean less threads to sift through in the "pregnancy" section.

That said, as we are starting to have similar threads in "The First 12 Months", would we also include those threads in this new section too?
e.g. "Due in XXX month" and "XXX month babies"?

I would think so - also, if they are all in the same section, there is no reason why the same thread cant just continue on from pregnancy, as it's always going to be the same group of people, and with the new forum it wont need to be taken out of 'pregnancy' as such... if that makes sense.

That's actually a really cool idea, cos at the moment i'm a November Mummy but the majority of the mummies are already in our "First 12 months" thread and i miss them

Then the month-mummies is more like a mothers-club chitchat thing and the rest of 'pregnancy' is more general pregnancy related questions, issues, announcements etc

I vote yes. What with all the pinned topics and then all the monthly clubs it is quite clogged up in the preg section.

I have PMd and emailed Tim about it - still no reply. I hope that he reads this soon and something happens - it's getting a bit ridiculous in there, as Cathy said, first there's all the pinned stuff, and then with the 9 or 10 month threads going at any one time, it's so messy!
