not much happening with me today, just wanted to say hi to everyone!

Have now booked in:

- Get together BBQ for bridal party
- Changed dance instructors to the one we liked better
- Booked in Mum, bra store, a fitting and functions manager for the 16th
- Confirmed fitting on the 23rd
- FINALLY sorted my 'pay it forward' pressie

PHEW! I am on FIRE today, gals. Now excuse me while I go smoulder in a corner with my new book

I need some motivation I have SO many little things that I need to do, but I keep putting them off.

Thought I might go check out a spray tan over the weekend, Iam whiter than white! I dont want to be brown brown as thats not me, but just want a bit of "glow".

ooohhh another whitey here and ive been thinking about the spray tan or solarium visit lately too just not sure when id be able to squeeze it in....oh also gotta get a dentist visit in too and its so hard trying to make phone calls from work to organise all these things!!!!

I'm white too but even a natural tan makes me go an odd shade of yellow so not going to chance it.

Just ordered champagne saucers, which I'll put my floating tea light candles in. And still waiting on that rsvp from my cousin which she SAID would be in by today. Grr!

Well after a crap day of hearing that my car needs a new radiator and its going to cost 400 bucks...I wasn't in the happiest of moods until...

thanks so much for that website site Millie, Im on it now, hopefully it isnt restricted at my work.
RSVP is due on Friday, most of the awaiting we are sure are declines, mainly because they are interstate & are waiting last minute to see if they can come. unfortunatly my mother's aunti in melbourne passed away on Tuesday night, so we know that alot of the family down there will not now be able to make it, which i am very sad about her passing & that they can't come to the wedding.

I need to contact our DJ at some point, have not heard from them since I paid the deposit. I sent an email 2 weeks ago about out music selections and still no reply. Dont no whether I'm too eager or what but thought they should have contacted me by now, but I'm finding most of the companies you only confirm everything a week or 2 out.

Good morning everyone!

We did our seating chart on Tuesday night, and have odd number of tables (some have 8, other have 9 or 10) - but it's all DONE! The reception venue said they didn't mind, however we wanted the place laid out is how they would do it, I guess.

We are meeting with our wedding coordinator on Monday night and going over everything with him.

FH's buck's night is this Saturday, he is so excited. Mine is next weekend! Yayyyyyyy!

Your music selections are wonderful so far. I still have to start looking into that.

We looked at getting a vocal trio a few months ago but they were too expensive....however we may now be able to afford it after all. Our other alternative was just to play the music on a CD. What do you all think? Is music on a CD a bit poxy?

Morning, all. Not sure what I am going to do for the wedding, today. Organised the MC last night - my stepdad! He was a professional public speaker in the past (and still gives lectures) and will do a great job.

Have emailed the photographer and the organist and the band - sorting out bits and pieces there, too.

i am one very happy chappy today coz i spoke to a couple of the guys in the band last nite got a bunch of questions answered and were going to see them this sat after our meeting with the function centre wedding co-ordinator to organise some more stuff - woohoo!! feels like things are really on the move now!

and i cant believe of us have already hit the 1 month mark - scary but exciting all at the same time!!

oh and i got my lil pressies for the bridal shower and a bunch of noodle boxes and goodies to put inside them as well a stack of other stuff i ordered for it all yesterday and can i just say how exciting was it to get boxes full of goodies for the lead up to the wedding - i know im a sad individual but oh well

Mazz - ive got my bridal shower and hen's nite on next weekend - really looking forward to it coz it wasnt long ago when it felt like there was ages to go until it rolled around! and i think music on a cd is fine to be honest - everyone's gonna be excited to be there and too busy looking at u guys to wonder where the music is coming from anyway - well thats just my opinion ofcourse.....and congrats on the seating plan - i have no idea how u girls are getting it all done so easy!!

I'm so scared about not getting everything done, forgetting about things, leaving things to the last minute, but I'm also freaking out about the fact that I'M going to be the centre of attention on the day which I absolutely hate! Freaking out saying our vows, walking down the aisle, being introduced, speeches etccc good god!

And to be brutally honest I'm freaking out that I'm going to look FAT in my dress and people are going to whisper about me!! lol I know they probably wont but cant help feeling like that, dont feel too good about myself right now! I have had months to be able to lose some weight and that just hasn't happened..can only blame myself for that though

Candy, i hear you loud and clear!!!! I honestly feel that the morning of the wedding i'll still be making OOS books as i havent even had a chance to look at them yet! I'm hoping once i'm on prac (week after next) and all my assignments are over with, i'll have the afternoons free to do more things!

I have to check my work roster tonight and see if i have a saturday off in the next 2 weeks for my dress fitting, and organise that. I cant wait to have my dress on again!

I still dont have a veil... I cant decide on cathedral length which has been my life long dream for a veil (since seeing sound of music, oh and my mums) or a nice "bottom" length one which looks really good... but its not my dream veil, but possibly much easier to manage than a cathedral length one. Oh decisions decisions. I'll try and get my moh to come down from sydney and help me choose!

My hens night is on the 28th!!! I'm sooooo excited, although worried no one will turn up! I already know of three or four who cant make it

Buffy I FEEEL THE SAME WAY! I have had months and months to get into shape and I was doing really good and then life got on top of me and I feel like I'm not going to look the best on my wedding day, like I could have done more. I think as the wedding draws near I'm being more critical on myself and how I'm going to look as a bride. I really need to put it in perspective and think about what this wedding is all about. I think I also need to look at myself in the mirror and tell myself everyday that I am not as fat as I think I am
However, I'm certainly going to start going to the gym 6 times a week as of next week ..or maybe the week after I think it will help out with my stress levels too!

Candy - Yes, freaking out, also busy with uni. I received my teaching approval in the mail yesterday!! So I can now start casual teaching and getting paid yayyy!

I just took my oldest daughter to Gloria Jeans for a 'coffee' (she orders those fatty Tim Tam Iced Chocolates which I am not allowed to drink boooo). My other 2 kids are in daycare today so I got to spend some time with her alone. The school holidays are going quickly, it's already one week through!

That's me to a tee *sigh* I've been driving h2b crazy with my wedding obsession. I've had to make an effort not to discuss everything with him because I'm constantly thinking about it. I too hate being the centre of attention and want to keep it all as casual as possible but it'll still be awkward having a million pairs of eyes on us all day.

The weight thing is just depressing. I need a few photos of my skinny cousins around my desk to remind me to stop eating I reckon. I lost a few kilos but then got complacent again so I think I'm back where I started. Difference is, I know for sure there'll be a few whispers and thoughts of how big I am. Argh!

Got our final rsvps today yay! Final number at the reception is 75, including 8 children. Adults are getting tins of chinese tea for bomboniere wrapped in white paper with a dusty pink ribbon and tag with their names on (doubling as placecards), the kids are getting test tubes filled with pink and white m&ms with same ribbon and tags.

Marissa those invites are great! Love the graphics, especially the stiletto with the trident heel.

We met with our band last night and now have everything under control, have worked out all the songs we want played at those special times and have worked out the MCing bits as well- so glad thats done.....
As for looking good on my wedding day well im still sweating it out on the treadmill (though the weight is not coming off fast enough for my liking!) I have lost around 11.5kg but still wanted to have lost more by the day, oh well!!
