Cause im thinking i might have a small weding cake ( 1 layer) maybe just a heart or something which will be mud cake /chocolate cake , what other desserts do you think are the best for a budget .

Has anyone taken any notice as to what desserts people actually eat more than the others , there is some people that dont like chocolate cake or just cant have it so i thought of just adding maybe 1 or 2 other desserts .

Is there a dessert out there that is cheap i could maybe have a couple of them for the people that are on diets or maybe just healthy.

I dont want to go over board but would like to just have a couple of different ones.

Any help will be appreciated.

fruit salad is always a good option for those on diets-serve it with a little whipped cream.

We were initially thinking tiramasu and this desert called double chocolate indulgance. When we went for our taste testing, we switched to this macadamia nut gateaux and went for the fruit salad. Not only because it would cater for everyone, it was just so nice and light after eating the other meals, which are usually heavy.

I was going to do a dessert table (until my venue told me i couldn't) that had heaps of mini desserts on them - vanilla slice, pavlova, choc eclairs and then also have the candy bar - different lollies in big jars with scoops and either a bag or box for them to put them in.
That way people could go and get desser if they wanted, or not get it if they didn't.
