Bubblez that is pretty bad service on their behalf, they should've told you from the beginning that they would be making them and that they're not originals.

$40 an hour, i think i'm in the wrong preffession dry.gif

Its very frustrating I'm sure and to think that you wont be getting them til 2 weeks before the wedding mad.gif

Once you get the dresses i would be giving them a huge peice of my mind.

Well with marks sister, apparently she's having tests next week and until then we dont really know anything. If all goes well she will be able to come to the wedding but if not then we know the outcome.

Mark is just so disappointed as he would bend over backwards and inside out for all his sisters and the only thing he has ever asked of them is to like me (but thats hard not to tongue.gif) or at least make an effort to and to come to our wedding.
kylieandpeter
Emmy - good on u for sticking o ur guns. Afterall it is your day and what u say goes LOL I tend to think that if she does come, it will dampen the mood a little which is not what u wnat right????

Bubblez - I can actually PM u my whole ceremony if you like. WOW ur cake sounds devine - was making me soo hungry reading about it smile.gif OMG about the BM dresses - are u sure u can't find someone else to make them. They have actaully broken there contract of sale if the told u it was the desinger gowns than went ahead and made them - not what u were uinder the impression of what u were getting so i am pretty sure am intillted to a refund. SOunds liek u are cruising along pretty well thoughwith everything

SJ - i ahve my fingers crossed for you FSIL tests. Plz keep us posted.

OK girls
I payed the deposit on my cake yesterday YAY
Bought my SHOES. They are white strappy ones that i can easily wear again. And the best part is they only cost me $20 - bargin smile.gif (I went to the shoe city warehouse) (the heel is not to thin either which is fanatsic for cause it is a garden ceremony)
I bought a pair of knickers yesterday aswell (boy leg slinky feel material) that i thought i might wear for the wedding but i showed Pete and he didn't seam to like them at all (i want to find a pair that he will love). I don't really mind though cause these undies only cost me $4.
Uh i got a call on Wednesday from the jewler saying i can come and pick my e'ment ring up and try on the wedder and check the postion on the diamonds.
OMG the ring is STUNNING - i nearly cried when i put them both on. The jewler only had the diamonds put on with putty which was great as we tried all diferent positions for them and finally settled on something completly different to what we orginally thought.
They even cleaned and polished my e'ment ring for me - i got so distracted by how shinny it loked again when i was driving home smile.gif
sjm
Kylie- dont you love it when they clean it for you il looks so good, and i always wonder why i dont clean it more often dry.gif

Am going to get the boys shirts and ties tomorrow and pick my up little sisiters BM dress and i have an appt with the florist.

Have a look at my wedding ring and get mark to try his on.

Have received a couple more replys which is great makes it more exciting.

Have a lovely weekend.
sjm
Dont you love target Claire, i got my wedding shoes from there and they were only $21, and i have already worn them a couple of times (what huh.gif i thought i should wear them in, figured if i can walk around and shop in them all day i can wear all day for the wedding tongue.gif )

My hair trial is set for the 25th March & my make up trial is for the 16th March, my make up artist told me that its better to have it closer to the date so that you and her dont forget what it looked like (even though she should write it down)

lillie206
Hi Ladies!

How on earth did our topic get to be at the bottom of the list!!

We all sound like we are coming along really well now..

I had my 3rd dress fitting yesterday and it was so exciting as it is no longer just calico but a beautiful boned bodice and full skirt. There is still a way to go but I was so excited! Here I was playing with my hair seeing which stlye will suit it while Brad (dressmaker) was running around pinning things...

Omg not long now!!!!!!!!!! How long are you ladies taking off n where are you going for your honeymoons!! Isnt that a great part of getting married ph34r.gif

Im taking 3 weeks off, one week before. Its going to be really hard for me as im a workaholic..

Speak really soon...
Lillie
kylieandpeter
HI my tweenies

SJ - how dod u go at the florist??

Claire - i dont think that will be to late.DO u know what hair style u are going for - can u maybe try and have a go urself first to see if u like?? Hope u had a great w'end at the party.

Lillie - How exciting about the dress fitting smile.gif I actually work at home so can have all the time off i want smile.gif Pete however is taking 16 days off from Friday 7. We are going to long island from 10-15 APril and the rest of the time we will makeup as we go (we are gunna lok at quickbeds and find somewhere nice to go to for a couple of nights)

Well i bought a laptop on the weekend so ic an upload some much waited for and prmised photos for you all. I will be doing that in the next day or two so stay posted smile.gif

Got my nails done on the w'end and they look great smile.gif I ended up coming home and filing them back myself a little more (the lady isn't used to doing rounded nails plus i am really fussy on how they should look) but i only payed $25 to have them done so i dont mind smile.gif
moore
Wow, it's getting so close now and it's so nice to see that we are all in the final stages of planning. Just the details now girls, and we're nearly there!

Kylie - that's great about your nails, and I know what you mean about wanting them to look a certain way, I'm the same. I've never had a manicure and I will be having one the day before the wedding but I don't want them to mess up the look I am working hard for. And I'm excited about seeing these long awaited photos. I'll keep checking in. How exciting!

lillie - you're dress is starting to look like it will on the day, that's awesome. It must be great to see it develop into your dream frock. And I'm a bit of a workoholic too, so I'll be doing just half days on the week of the wedding right up to the Thursday. Friday I am going to do my best to stay away and concentrate on finalising the wedding details. I just want to know that everything is done and ready for me to leave it all. I will be gone for 4 weeks after the wedding, so it will be a busy time coming back to it all. Yuck!

Claire - great work on the makeup and shoes. You'll save so much money, good on you.

Well, Matty and I have an appointment with the florist this arvo. We haven't even thought about flowers at all up to this stage, and I have no idea what I want. So hopefully the florist knows what I want tongue.gif

And we did our first draft of seating arrangements for the reception and it was brilliant! We were stoked that it fell into place so easily. It almost felt surreal. I was expecting it to be hell. I have made a few changes to one table but otherwise it is pretty much complete. Yay!
sjm
Hi Lovelies

Lisa- its great that you organised your seating arrangements, i am really dreading it unsure.gif blink.gif

Kylie- Thats a great price for a manicure. And i'm glad that they look great and that you like them. I'm getting mine done the thursday before the wedding. Cant wait to see your photos biggrin.gif

On sat we went to get the boys shirts and ties, organise the flowers and pick up my sisters bm dress.

The flowers are great, the lady was really nice and they're only costing $350, the other florist wanted to charge me $600 ohmy.gif

The shirts the boys like but marks BIL (MOH/FSIL's husband) turned up late. MOH asked me what time they had to be there, i said 12, mark rang them at 12.15 to see where they were and they were still at home which is 1/2 hr away, mad.gif (so not happy)

Anyway i went to get ties but then thought i better get the dress first to match them, then went back to get the ties and luckily i found 4 the same cool.gif but they were $50 which is ok i guess, and plus i really like them.

Then MOH messages us and says where are you we're waiting!! mad.gif

When we got back to the shop i showed her the ties and she said "Oh" i said what you dont like them? she goes no, but you know me i'm a plain jane dry.gif

In case you hadnt noticed she was kinda getting up my nose that day.

We went and looked at the ring i chose for mark and had to get the bigger size, he liked it and said that he will think about exchanging it at the ceremony.

Went to see mine and they told me it wont be in until the 30th march ohmy.gif when we ordered it on the 22nd January. Am going to start calling this week and pester them. Its a very simple design and shouldnt take 9 1/2 weeks.

Apparently marks sister is having tests or getting test results back this week, so will keep you updated.

I think thats about it to report on.

Its getting so close and i am so excited, Marks mum paid the reception deposit on friday and she came home and said "its becoming so real and i'm getting really excited" laugh.gif

Only 40 more sleeps left girls
meagan&mick
hey girls well I think I have a stomic ulcer from stressing to much so Im off to the DR today to see if its what I have (I hope not)
but other than that everything is going Great!!!

everything is falling into place now so Im less stressed

ne way its good to here you are all going so well

Cheers megs tongue.gif
moore
sjm - what a hassle! Why can't everybody realise that there is so much going on right now. All they need to do is organise themselves and ALWAYS agree with the bride and it would be bliss, wouldn't it? Ahh, stop day dreaming Lisa...
But some great news for you, your cd's are coming along nicely. More than half of the music is downloaded. We had a slight problem with the program but it seems to have fixed itself, so it's going great guns biggrin.gif

Claire - Iknow what you mean about finding a colourful shirt. We tried to find a turquoise shirt and it took us close to 3 months to find even one. So don't give up, it will be out there somewhere. And hopefully you can sort everything out with your mum and sis really soon. It would be awful to have tension at the wedding.

Meagan - you poor thing! Let us know how you go at the doctors. Can you delegate some jobs to take away some of the stress from you? I hope you feel better really soon.

We saw our lovely florist last night, she is just amazing. She knew what I wanted and made the perfect design for me. She even came up with table centrepieces that I like, I thought that would be near impossible! But the flowers I have chosen are apparently the most expensive flowers you can buy (phalaenopsis orchids), and I want a type that is not the norm, so I am waiting for her callback today or tomorrow to let me know the cost unsure.gif Not looking forward to that one. But she is a family friend and will certainly not rip us off. So that is a relief.

So our only other big thing to worry about is the cake, which we are doing on Saturday morning, then it is all just looking after the details, I think!
sjm
Claire- i hope you can work things out with your mum and sister.

Meagan- How did you go at the doctor? hope you're ok

Lisa- your flowers sound like they will be gorgeous. Hope they're not too expensive.

I do wish everyone would agree with me, i asked marks other sister if she liked the ties and she loved them.

And MOH/FSIL only got married in Nov 04 you would think that she would be on time for things like that, but then again i hate being late and she normally always is. May have to start telling her to be there an hour earlier than she has to be dry.gif But then knowing my luck she would be early. rolleyes.gif

You're an angel for doing the cd's for me, i cant wait.

moore
I forgot to add the really special part about my flowers. I wanted to include Matt's mum and my aunty (my new mum) in the ceremony somehow. So I asked the florist if there is any way I can have two extra flowers with the bouquet, but loose, so that when I get to the end of the walk down the aisle, I want to give a flower to each of them, before dad lifts my veil, to make them feel like a part of the ceremony.

And she is going to make up 2 flowers with pins on them that just sit loosely at the back, this way when I pull them out it won't affect the look of the bouquet and they can wear them if they want to. Perfect huh?!
sjm
That is so sweet Lisa

as claire said its great that everything is coming together. What are we going to do after our weddings are over?

I'm getting a throw away bouquet, but as we're not doing the garter & bouqet toss, i was going to give it away but i dont know who to.

I was thinking of putting it on my g'mothers grave, or Marks nans grave or give it to my older sister, my mum or marks mum.

Also i forgot to tell you girls we're having my nan and marks g'ma to witness our marriage certificate as they are both our only surviving grandparents.
kylieandpeter
Lisa- well done on ur seating plan. I am actually dreading mine
The flowers sound lovely - what a sweet idea. I hope they are not to exoensive for you. DO u know what sort of cake that u want?

SJ - WHAT about your rings thats unbelievable. I bet the ties look great smile.gif

Claire - Sorry to hear about the argument u had with ur mum and sis. I hope u work things out soon.

Meagan - How did u go at the docotrs babe??

Well i got a call form my jewler today to say both our rings are ready to be collected. YAY how exciting (mind u they are ready a week earlier than what they said wahoo).

I am now gunna try uplaod some photos - fingers crossed it works
kylieandpeter
Ok to start with, here is a piccie of my ring

kylieandpeter
Yay it worked!! SOrry it is so big and the diamonds are a little blurry but i am still learning about the pics (any tips would be appricated smile.gif )

Ok this is (very very similar) to the 'swing test' photo we have used for the invites, OSS and BB

kylieandpeter
Ok this is the trial of my make up.
SOrry it is a pretty scary close up but it shows you the makeup look

kylieandpeter
Ok that is all i have for you now!
I have some of my hair trial but it is on my secret wedding card and as Pete is home i dont wanna risk getting it.

Well i am getting pretty excited as my hens weekend is this weekend. I am leaving friday night and returning sunday. I am haing it at my AUnties beach house (soent ALOT of time in that suburb and street as a child). WIll defo let u all knw about it.
I am trying to find a dress to wear for Sat night but very dissapointatly havnt had any luck yet
moore
Oh Kylie - your ring is absolutely stunning! And the pic on the swing is so adorable. Your makeup is nice and natural, and your hair is so long! Lucky thing. The only thing I would mention about the makeup is maybe using an eyelash curler to open up your eyes a bit more. I know it makes the world of difference to my eyes, it really works and I've become addicted to curling them now. They only cost about $5 from Kmart or the supermarket. Just my thoughts anyway, but you look really beautiful! Have a fantastic weekend away. Can't wait for the stories!!

SJ - that is so special to have the grandparents as your witnesses, you are so lucky to still have any grandparents at all, and they must be thrilled to be a part of your ceremony. They will really cherish that.

Well, I had my very first session in a solarium last night. I want to go twice a week for 5 weeks just to get a little colour and kee it til the wedding. It was a stand up one with handlebars on the roof. I have never been in a solarium before so it was very weird, and I can't notice any difference yet, but he said it takes about 3 sessions before you notice a change in your tan. So I will keep you updated on how it progresses.
kylieandpeter
Lisa - yeah i thought the same thing about curling my eyelashes - i think my sis has a curler, i will just borrow that smile.gif
WIth the solurium, back sure u only go in for the reccomended time and you do mortutrise your skin that night. Let us know ow u go smile.gif
sjm
Kylie- your rinig is absolutely stunning, i love the photo on the swing its very sweet and intimate. You are such a gorgeous thing, you're make up is perfect and also like lisa's idea of the curler.

Lisa- I've never been to a solarium but am getting a trial tan the thursday before my hens party to see how it looks. Am pretty excited as i am normally as white as a ghost. laugh.gif

We had tea at Marky's mum and dads last night and we were talking about the wedding, his mum is getting really excited about it.

Have also been thinking about the running of the day and who will be making speeches and in what order and the list i am making for the MC of his duties.

Mark is amazed at how much busier i will be than him laugh.gif

I rang up about my ring and they said that it will be there on Friday and i will pick it up next friday.

Are you guys getting your rings engraved?? We were thinking about it but arent sure yet

Havent heard anything about Marky's sister yet but if she hasnt called by lunch time his mum is going to ring and see how she is going.

MOH/FSIL is making a speech at the wedding and she informed me that it will make me cry, told her not to make me cry as i think about it all now and i get really emotional. Anyone else like this.

I've blabbed on enough for now.

SJ
BAM
GOSH looking at everyone tickers is so EXCITING!! Looks like everyone is so organised well done gals!!!

Our wedding rings are ready to be picked in the city so H2B is doing that this afternoon after work. I had my 1st dress fitting yesterday - all coming along nicely I go back next Tuesday. We have booked & paid for our honeymoon to Brampton Island (v.exciting).... Ummmm oh yes how can I forget I purchased my shoes yesterday, I was so lucky cause they really didn't have what I wanted and then I saw a pair on the 'sale' rack and that was them!!! LUCKY and they are just stunning!! We got all our RSVP's back and we only have 3 guests that cannot make it!! We also choose our menu on the weekend (now that was fun!) and finalised the room decor I am really happy with how well it has been organised.

So all we have to do now is work out the seating plan, print the Order of Service and finalise the BM outfit and the dress makers, which is sligtly stressing me out but I am assured it will be fine blink.gif

I am having my hens 25th march a Chocolate High Tea so Im really looking forward to that. biggrin.gif

All the best girls....
kylieandpeter
Thanks for ur comments about my ring girls smile.gif Pete did a wonderful job designing it hey!! The diamonds were actually his grandma's so it makes it that little but moe special

SJ - No we are not gettin our rings engraved, decided not to. I know my MOH and my mummy bers speach will make me cry and i am gettting a little worried about doing that styupid bawling cry but hey its my wedding day and i'll do what i want hehehe

BAM - great to hear from you. WOW thats great u got all ur RSVP's back well done! Sounds like evrything is coming along very nicely for you smile.gif

Well today is by RSVP due date and i still have atleast 15 more to recieve (thats not to bad i guess out of just over 60 sent out). Actually one of Petes work collegues express posted the RSVP to us which i thought was great (they only got married 3 months ago so i am guessing she knew i need it)
sjm
Rsvp's. Wish had more of them coming in. dry.gif

The date isnt until 10th march (next friday) but i dont see why people leave it till the last minute.

Out of 90 people we invited there is only 45 people coiming ATM including me and marky boy and family & bridal party.

Plus there is about 10 people who we know arent coming sad.gif

People better get their bums into gear PRONTO!!!!! mad.gif

BAM- congrats on getting your shoes and aewsome that you've got all your rsvp's you must have wonderful guests. wub.gif
kylieandpeter
Claire - that hair style is stunning smile.gif Isn't it amazing how the cost adds up. I thought mine would be around $12 ex rings and honeymoon - boy how i was wrong LOL

SJ - atleast ur bridal party has sent the rsvp cards, 2 of mine havn't (i need them to send them in to see if there partners and/or kids are coming)

Uh i just got a call from my travel agent (whom funnily enough i used to work with in hospitality) to say my vouchers (for airport-long island transfer and acommadition) are in and i can pick them up when i am next in there. She is so sweet said they are only e-tickets but atleast it is a bit of paper & she was tryin to think of a way she could pretty it up for me to make it more exciting!

Also i have just finished writing the list of the photos i want taken on the dayHere is a link to my post on that list. If u don't mind (and have the time) can u plz have a look.
kylieandpeter
QUOTE (ClaireHarlender @ Mar 1 2006, 05:27 PM)
i know i shouldn't let some lady that i dont even know make me change my life

Claire - i can understand how that could be worrying you. But I totallty agree with the above comment you just made. Obviously you to have choosen to get married because u truely love each other. I would concentrate on your relationship and the wonderful wedding you are planning.

Yeah i will defo get some candid shoots, it is just a guideline really
moore
Claire - why don't you go to another clairvoyant and see if their outcome is different? If it really is worrying you, then this would be your best option. But I believe that you make your own fate. You can choose to make what you want happen. It's all about putting your thoughts and feelings out there and waiting for the universe to respond. Be positive about it and don't let one person's words get you down. If your cousin told you that you would break up, would you believe them? Trust what is in your heart and your gut.

As for rsvp's, our closing date is 8th March and we have about half back. Although they do keep creeping in in the mail everyday. But the other thing is that out of 80 odd people, only 7 people have contributed towards our registry. I know that people leave it til the last minute, but I wish they'd hurry up about it!

Kylie - that is so great that your travel agent is making such an effort! How sweet.

I don't ant to think about the cost of the wedding. I will work it out one day, but for now I am happy to stay oblivious to it tongue.gif

I go for my first dress fitting tomorrow and I'm very excited about it. I am going to take my shoes, earrings, bracelet and veil. That's all I need right?
sjm
Claire- I wouldnt worry about what the clairvoyant said, but in saying that, my mum went to one when i was younger and they told her that there would be an accident in a blue car and that she would be married twice. In August i had an accident in Marks BLUE ute, it was written off but thankfully i wasnt hurt and my mum and dad have been going through a rough patch since before xmas and they are contemplating separating. But like lisa said you create your own fate.

Also Claire congrats on getting your decs and the stuff for your favours, they sound lovely. I was thinking of getting a name change kit but havent decided yet, how much are they again?

Kylie- Our bridal party havent rsvp'd I just expect them and they're partners to be there. Hopefully some more will come in the mail this afternoon, (none yesterday) mum said that all our side are coming but i want a proper reply mad.gif

Lisa- Dont worry about your registry, people will contribute but i'm like you i dont understand why they leave it till the last minute??? Good luck with your dress fitting, dont forget to take/wear the bra you'll be wearing with your dress but otherwise i think you've thought of everything biggrin.gif

Well MOH was making up the invites for my hens party last night, but i found out today that she didnt speak to BM2 about it, so there was a mini disaster. Lucky that BM 2 didnt get too upset about it, she just said she wants me to have a great night biggrin.gif

Was speaking to FMIL earlier and she said that marks sister has got her test results back and they said that she had to go to a specialist, so it deffinately looks like she wont be coming sad.gif But her health has too come first!!!

I tried on my little sisters (BM3) dress last night, its a size 10 and considering i had just eaten spag bol for tea it looked pretty good, this means that i can borrow it after the wedding tongue.gif
kylieandpeter
Lisa - I agree with SJ, take the bra along that u plan on wearing (thats if u are not having a built in bra in the dress) Otherwise u have thought of everything

Claire- well done on getting all the deco and BB stuff. I am doing something similar with my BB - i will take a photo on Monday and post it for you. Hope ur H2B gets better soon

SJ - Sorry to hear about your FSIL. Wow about trying on ur lil dress dress. Thats unreal i am proud of you smile.gif

I just got an email from my host family in London (i was there nanny and we have stayed in very close contatct). I asked them if they were coming and she siad she found out 2 weeks ago that they can't come. APparently they were gunna come over for 2 days and suprise me (yes just for the wedding) but her work has changed her contract due to the health system changing. That made me cry and upset but i do understand!!

Well the weather up her is CRAP (all windy and horriable) and my gran rang my mummy bear this morning to say the weather wsa just as bad there (that is where i am going for my hens weekend). But as i said to mum, it is not asthough we are going down there to lay on the beach and for the sun and we can still make a great weekend of it. Tis a shame not sunny but makes it all the more that fun right?????

Well hope u all have a great weekend - know i will!!! WIll reoprt in on monday and tell u all about it
kylieandpeter
YEHAA - just got my e'ment photo shoot photos in the mail!!!
They are great i am really happy with them
now to choose just 3 to blow up (part of the package)
sjm
Hi Kylie

Have a great weekend at your hens party, pitty about the weather but i prefer to drink when its raining, has a more relaxing feel to it iykwim. Will def have a drink for you biggrin.gif

Cool about getting your photo's back, can we some???

Pretty please wub.gif
lillie206
Wow!! So much has been happening..have just caught up on all you girls have been doing..well done!

Claire - flowers look great, really colourful

Kylie - how was the hens party?

Lisa - how did your dress fitting go? Is it just the best feeling!!

SJ - sorry bout your FSIL

I have to start putting this order of service together, finally sat down this weekend and completed it with FH..seems we never stop these days..
Its my birthday on Wednesday (exacly one month from THE big day!) so I have dinners all over the place to go to, which doesnt help with the wedding planning...had the bridal party over this weekend so they could all meet each other. It was a good night, with lots of laughs, which is great!

Speak soon
kylieandpeter
well i am back from a truely wonderful weekend!!!!!!! Have put a post in the pre wedding celebrations so plz go check it out smile.gif Lots of laughter, fun, catching up, great food and alchol!!!! It was honestly a great time! Photos to come

CLaire - the flowers are stunning. You have done a wonderful job smile.gif ANd i love the rings!!

Lillie - HAPPY BIRTHDAY for wednesday - hope u have a wonderful time and enjoy all the different dinners u have planned!!

Well my BIG news............................................................................. my FSIL is pregnant!!!!! We are both so very happy and excited for her.

The poor thing however is suffering terriable morning sickness (most of the day). So, she has pulled out of being a BM which i totally understand why and I want her to have a good time and be able to sneak of to the bathroom if and when needed without a hundred pairs of eyes stareing at her.
I knew straight away who i wanted to ask to step into the role of BM, unfortuantly she couldn't make it to the hens weekend (had gastro) but i invited her (Celina)and parntner and 2 kids around for dinner lastnight and asked her then. I said if u have to think about it i understand and she said i dont need to, ofcourse i will and nearly started to cry, jumped up and gave me a hug straight away. Which ofcourse nearly made me cry. SO atleast i have the bridal party sorted again. She was so stooked and honoured that i asked her

I found out about my FSIL backing out on thursday (pregnancy early but she didn't want anything mentioned) and didn't mention anything (even about the pregnancy) to anyone all weekend as i wanted to ask Celina first. Was hard not to mention about my FSIL but i am gunna go to my mummy bears thisarvo to fill her in and also ring the other BM's tonight to tell them of the change.
kylieandpeter

Wow, I loved every photo, I love photos! It's so nice to see your faces too! It's so funny how you picture someone and they never look like what you have in your head.

My dress fitting was good, it was great to wear my dress but I have to work on my tummy. It bulges out below my belly button and it needs to be flat to make the dress look its best . And I don't want to have to cheat with those awful undies that pull it all in.

So I have one more fitting next week, then the final one just a week before our big day. And my veil came in. The way they informed me was much to my disgust, it is in the bridezilla section if you want to read it. But basically Matty had no idea I was wearing a veil and it was going to be a surprise, but they left a message on our home phone saying that the veil was in, when I specifically asked them to only call me on my mobile. Ah, I'm mad again now.

But anyway...

Kylie your hens sounds like a blast. I can't wait for mine, 2 weeks away.

Lisa- Dont you hate it when people spoil a surprise that you've worked so hard at keeping. And i hope i looked better in the picture than what it was in you head tongue.gif tongue.gif But yeah it is funny how that happens

Claire- you guys are a great looking family, and Chloe is so gorgeous!!! Oooh i cant wait till i have a baby. Yep the boys are wearing a white shirt, it has white cotton embroidered diamond things which makes it look a bit trendy and just black pants with no jacket.

That is a really shocking photo of Mark, we were drivinig somewhere (dont remember where tho) and like i said he hates photos, so i dont know how we're going to go at the wedding.

I have another appointment with the photgrapher on wednesday to show him the kind of photos i like and give him my list of all the "must haves".

One of my friends from school emailed me the other day to say that she isnt coming to the wedding am VERY ANNOYED

But its her loss i guess sad.gif

I worked out the seating arrangements yesterday, and it wasnt as bad as i thought, there is 3 tables that i can play around with and switch, so that makes it easier.

Thats about all my news, except that i made another "to do list" and somehow it keeps getting longer, why do we really have to bother about the little things?? dry.gif

Wow there are some great photos!!

sjm - your jewellery is beautiful

lisa - i know what u mean about the bit under the belly button..my dress has ALOT of boning through the top so it hides everything! With regards to the veil, that would be so frustrating... I have been telling FH that I am wearing a dress with puffy sleeves and a short skirt laugh.gif ...its nice to have a suprise..

Claire - you have a lovely family, Chloe is gorgeous!

BAM - good luck at the dress fitting!!

Well its another day closer to the wedding!!
I had birthday dinner with FPIL, which was great. I had a lovely present from them, a gift voucher to my favourite store CUE!

I received an email from my florist yesterday saying that the vintage rose I am having in bouquet may not be ready for then!!! ohmy.gif sad.gif She is trying another grower in SA...I have fingers, toes, eyes crossed hoping that she will be able to get some!

I am thinking positive thoughts!!

Morning girls. Thanks for the compliments about my family and Chloe, she is gorgeous isnt she. biggrin.gif
Good luck with your dress fitting Bam.
Also i really hope that you get the flowers that you need for your bouquet lillie.

I tried on my whole outfit at home on the weekend, i shooed brad downstairs. He has seen the bits and pieces but not the whole outfit together which im glad, it adds to the suprise. But i bought by dress off the rack and it is a bigger size then what i usually wear so after trying it on im thinking of getting the back taken in a little bit otherwise i will have to hollywood tape my bra to my dress.

Moore, that is disapointing about the veil, at least now he doesnt know what type of veil it is, and seeing it on you will make all the difference. And if he is anything like my hubby to be if you dont mention it he will probably forget come the wedding day.
