SIL#2 is about to turn 40 (tomorrow, but we're not celebrating 'til next week) She's the one who always organises the family to give great presents, and usually organises the family gatherings, so I/we want to get her something really good, but the whole family is completely stuck! (SILs #4 and #5 have said they'll take her clothes shopping and we can give money towards that but...) So I'm in desperate need of great ideas.

About her:
She's into photography.
She has 3 daughters (6, 3.5, 2)
She's into sport - basketball, netball and dog sledding have all been part of her life, but not since she had kids. She has a personal trainer now.

Problems:
She works for a jewellery company, so buying jewellery feels pointless. She doesn't really wear in anyway
We've been told her friends are chipping in together to buy her a good sports watch, and possibly some sports wear
Her youngest is tube fed overnight so she really can't go away overnight without that child at least.

A photography course? I know around here there are private mobs who run them, as well as the local community college.

I was going to suggest photography course too, or a voucher to her favourite camera shop so she can buy new photography equipment.
